I’m not even kidding… this app just had me living WAY above my paycheck 😭✨ I scored the craziest discount on a hotel that I would normally scroll right past because—be real—that’s “treat yours... See more

No customer service available their website does some sort absolutely stupid human verification process where it is supposed to send you a code and you are supposed to enter that code but the code never comes and then when you call customer service it's a stupid dumb robot that tells you that you now have to wait 24hr. Like WTF..... you want to verify that I'm a human and screw us both with a robot 🤬 .

Reported them for fraud here in UK
Don’t know how they operate in US but here in UK they break consumer rights laws big time! I have been using Super.com from 2023 as prices were quite competitive. Checked my credit card today and found 2 rather odd transactions dated yesterday for almost similar amount circa £11 by Super.com
Apparently Super.com signed me up for their membership without my knowledge last year (without any acknowledgment whatsoever!) and decided to resign me up for the second time yesterday! Fraud was reported to my bank and their customer service went rather sheepish and promised full refund after I have mentioned breaching of UK consumer laws, in particular reporting them for fraud. UK has strong laws protecting people from fraudsters. (Even after we left EU)
Please do check you might have been subscribed to membership without our permission/knowledge if you use Super.com
P.S. I received immediately email confirmation when I manually cancelled membership, never received confirmation of the original subscription through..🤔 was told by Super.com representative that I should have received a text message confirming it, (I never did, in spite
the fact that they subscribed me twice!, )
Another interesting detail is when one checks one’s account one can see clearly when one have cancelled membership but not when it has started from, hmm.. 🤔
I received full refund after complaining

I have booked with these guys a couple times and have had nothing but issues and have been falsely charged multiple times when I did not give permission for any of them and good luck if you want to change a reservation that they mess up on they will make you call the hotel directly and you better hope the person says that they will otherwise your Sol
It was a smoothe process and easy to use
Unauthorized Penalty Fee
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the billing practices of Super.com regarding a recent reservation cancellation.
On April 16th, I cancelled my reservation through the Super.com website. At the time of cancellation, the platform explicitly stated that the reservation could be cancelled free of charge until July 1st. Despite following these terms and cancelling well before the deadline, Super.com failed to provide a full refund.
Upon reviewing my statement, I discovered I was charged a penalty fee. When I contacted Super.com customer service to rectify this clear error, I was informed that the penalty would stand, directly contradicting the "Free Cancellation" terms displayed at the time of the transaction.
This is a deceptive business practice.

I was wary due to the bad reviews, however was glad to find everything worked perfectly. I got my room for £50 less than someone who used booking.com and had zero issues. Would use again.

Had a water leak in the room and had to move rooms in the middle of the night super wouldn’t do anything and the hotel said they couldn’t because it was booked through super.com. I won’t use again for sure.

This was a super easy site to navigate and I got a great deal.
Very bad scam company
Very bad scam company. I paid them 750USD for 3 nights accommodation in New Orleans. The booking was eventually cancelled by the hotel because super.com never paid the hotel.
This is after I called super.com directly to confirm that they had successfully placed the booking.
Clearly a scam
