Great case and even better customer…

Great case and even better customer service. My case lasted almost 9 months which is really good for construction work. It gets dropped, smacked and beaten on a daily basis. After contacting the service department, they provided me a new case. Thanks

Whenever I have to order a replacement under warranty, it always come quick with no problems. Love these cases and the warranty is great, so is the customer service.

Customer service was very responsive in…

Customer service was very responsive in replacement of the holder after it failed after approximately 3 months in service. Generally, the holder functions well, but why it cracked/failed makes me question the quality of the materials used!

The quality of the Samsung 25 Ultra…

The quality of the Samsung 25 Ultra holder is good quality.
I was just surprised the clip broke. But you didn't give me a hassle about replacing it and that kind of loyalty to your product and customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated.
I know I was within the warranty window my question is what is the clip break again? And the first broke less than a year. This will be my only concern.
Ps
I recently purchased one for my wife a few weeks ago and she loves it.

Dropped phone case when I was on a walk with my dog, only one month in to having it. Corner of the plastic frame chipped already and broke off.
