Customer service was very responsive in replacement of the holder after it failed after approximately 3 months in service. Generally, the holder functions well, but why it cracked/failed makes me question the quality of the materials used!

The quality of the Samsung 25 Ultra holder is good quality.
I was just surprised the clip broke. But you didn't give me a hassle about replacing it and that kind of loyalty to your product and customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated.
I know I was within the warranty window my question is what is the clip break again? And the first broke less than a year. This will be my only concern.
