This company is a scam. I never received my order. I'm willing to let the whole world to know their dirty business. How the took my hard earned money

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this company too. I purchased a plastic fold away bath last month which was advertised on Facebook. They have taken the money from my account and have not replied to my email which I sent approximately 2 weeks ago. It wasn’t a huge amount of money (£25), but if you take into account all the people that have scammed, I imagine they have taken quite a sum of money off people!

Total Scam. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! Never received my bookshelf and emails went unanswered. Honestly I don't understand how they get away with it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered bamboo shelves from an advert on fb. The money went out of my account immediately. I never received them and wrote multiple emails on their whereabouts and got zero response. This company is a scam.

Best thing we can do is inundate their site with Bogus orders. Just enter a fake credit card number. They are never sure if you were genuinely having a problem. They send you multiple messages. At least wasting their time is quite pleasurable....

Really it's no stars. I won't repeat everything all over again but wouldn't trust that you will ever see anything you order. They certainly don't ever respond to emails and even have the cheek to state on their website that you shouldn't send multiple emails or it might delay the process! It's enough to make you laugh (bitterly) Facebook should shut them down immediately

We just got married and needed shelves. My husband ordered from the supbien website. They sent a nice "thank you for your order" email and took our money immediately. We sent emails asking when the shelves would be shipped and said if they couldn't ship them that we wanted a refund. We receieved no response. Can't the US government help us with this? This is criminal. Is there something that can be done?

Like everyone else, I ordered months ago. The money left my bank but I never received any receipt, confirmation, tracking info etc. No reply to my emails.

Awful experience, they should be banned from advertising on Facebook. Just a fake company taking your money and you never recieve your order.

This company is horrible. They do not reply to emails; they take your money, but they do not ship. I am not sure they have ever shipped anything and wish I had done some research before ordering. Fortunately I didn't lose much money but still I consider it as theft instead of a loss.

Totally disgusted with this company ordered a unit and it never turned up. Tried emailing the company but no answers nothing completely ignored. How is it that they can sell items in this country and never deliver 😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible! I ordered the bamboo shelves too. The order “cleared customs”at the beginning of March according to tracking. No delivery, no replies to email. AVOID!

Like others reviewing here, I ordered a product over two months ago and have not received it nor have my emails been replied to.
