Scam site based in Dubai!
I checked out your site before trying to buy some of their cute, grumpy plushies because it said they were based in the USA. When I provided my credit card, they tried to charge it FROM DUBAI six times. Luckily, the credit card company declined them all. It's a scam!

We take allegations of this nature very seriously and want to clarify the facts.
Nowhere on our website do we state that our company is based in the United States. Our company details and trade license information are openly available on our website and can be independently verified online.
The checkout we identified as a possible match shows that you attempted to pay through your own Shop Pay account, using Shopify’s checkout service. Its complete payment history records exactly two attempts:
• September 29, 11:17 PM: Card declined.
• September 29, 11:19 PM: 3-D Secure authentication failed.
Both attempts failed. No money was collected by us through this checkout, and there is no record of six payment attempts. We have all the records documenting both unsuccessful attempts.
A declined payment or failed security check is not evidence of fraud and does not justify describing our business as a scam. We firmly reject that accusation.
We are contesting this review and have requested further information through Trustpilot to confirm whether the checkout belongs to you and clarify the claims made.
