Great product, poor customer service
Delighted with my paddleboard. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I didn’t receive any instructions in the packaging, I emailed customer service 3 separate times and got 3 responses asking for my order number and saying someone would be in touch. Still never received any further information.

After thinking about getting a paddle…
After thinking about getting a paddle board for awhile we decided to get it from SUP Warehouse after reading a few online reviews and boy, were we not disappointed. We ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived early Tuesday morning. The board itself is good quality and ideal for our usage. It even comes in a handy backpack, which you can store everything in. And yes, it does all go back in after use, which is ideal

Board blew up. Customer service don't listen. Tried to replace cheaper smaller board. Compensation bonus point only to be used them. Not much good when never using them again
