Overcrowded and understaffed. Long queues at bars and for tables in the main restaurant.

We had a fantastic time on our cruise with 18 family members. Great staff beautiful ship. Constant entertainment and the choice of food was amazing. The drinks package worked well for our group saving us money. We had a balcony room which was lovely. The staff are great.
Beautiful ship with lovely staff and plenty of entertainment .
Decor resembles Dundrum Shopping Centre, no atmosphere. Food disappointing.

It was a wonderful holiday!
Overall a stress free cruise. Couldn't fault it.
Ship is lovely. Entertainment is very good Food in Eatery overall is good and lots of choice with exceptions of breakfast which wasn’t great in terms of quality . Dining in main restaurant excellent Drinks package expensive considering cocktails are not great and wine options very limited Personally I would choose Celebrity over Princess cruise line going forward

Beautiful ship and it has so much to do on it. Really nice crew and the food is amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are really nice. They are cleaned twice a day and the bed is also turned down on the second clean. I had such a great time. Highly recommended

Lovely family vacation on the Western Mediterranean aboard the Sun Princess, with a comfortable modern cabin. We never got bored of the wonderful views from our balcony, the plus package was a no brainier, the food was plentiful and very good throughout. Interesting ports to visit full of historical buildings and structures from Barcelona to Rome. We did our own tours with a third party which suited us better. A memorable voyage.
A big thank you to Deirdre for organising our cruise on sun princess. The ship itself was amazing and the itinerary was incredible. We had the most amazing holiday.
