Unprofessional Support and Refusal to Refund Unused Balance
I purchased services from Sunucun and ended up with an unused credit balance of $132.86. When I requested a refund, the support team—specifically Efe D.—refused, despite their own refund policy containing no clause that prohibits refunding credit balances.
Their responses were templated, dismissive, and at one point included a “final warning,” which felt more like intimidation than customer service. This behavior does not reflect the professionalism I expect from a Turkish company, nor does it align with basic consumer rights.
I’m sharing my experience publicly to help others avoid similar treatment. If you value transparency and respectful support, I recommend looking elsewhere.
