Took us 40 minutes to get to our accommodation from where the driver dropped us, so much for door to door! Shocking behaviour.
Booked with SunTransfers as they offer door to door transport, something which was crucial for my mother and I as both disabled with limited mobility.
Driver dropped us off nowhere near are accommodation, when I protested he said it was just around the corner (which was a lie) I then checked on google maps and it was the other side of the town.
Accommodation was also up a hill so steep that path was cut into a zig zag up massive hill.
Getting our luggage up the hill was a nightmare and would have been difficult for two healthy people let alone individuals with ME and COPD, for us it was damn near impossible I felt physically sick and dizzy by the time I got up there, and both of us were struggling to breath.
Took me two full days to recover enough from the ordeal I could even leave the apartment.
Absolutely disgusting.
I have since complained to customer service, and requested to know what measures they will put in place to prevent something like this happening to further disabled people - I was advised by Miriam that as the booking confirmation says in the small print you can be dropped at the nearest appropriate stop that they have done nothing wrong and the service provided is as advertised. They only offer door-to-door transfers for private transfers.
Note - we were collected from our hotel for the return journeys so not sure how they justify the other side of town as being the nearest appropriate stop when we were dropped off.

Madeira airport return transfer never arrived at 4am leaving 4 travellers all with bike bags trying organise transfers for a 6am flight. Terrible communication from customer service. Do not use this company.
Poor customer care
Poor customer care. Pickup at arrival should’ve been a mini bus as we are a young family of 7. Two cars came and we had to separate the family to transfer. Pickup for departure was even worse, the car was late, had a severely cracked windscreen, it was 35c outside and no air conditioning and even the driver told me to complain. I doubt the vehicle was legally allowed on the road. Complaint made during the journey to Suntransfers and they said they’d refund the €110 paid. I then had to submit a complaint and they offered me €11 even though they accepted they were in the wrong. Stay away I wouldn’t use them and won’t ever do so again.
Beware this company…
We landed at Faro airport on 29th May.Passport control was chaotic,and had been for weeks.We got to the pick up point 56 minutes after our plane landed to find the driver long gone.We had a voicemail from the company sent over 30 minutes before saying the driver couldn't wait much longer.(We didn't have phone on going through passport control)What sort of airport taxi firm only allows an hour after plane touches down,and in fact left earlier than that,as my texts to them prove.When I rang them later they admitted that they knew there were long queues at the airport,there had been for weeks,so why turn up just as our plane was landing?
We have used them before,but as they have refused to issue a refund we will never use them again, shameful!
Terrible airport pickup policy.
We had scheduled to be picked up at the Madrid Airport. Suntransfer told us their policy is to wait 60 minutes from the time the plane touches down. This is a ridiculous policy for international flights in particular. Why start the clock while it's impossible to disembark? What about the lengthy lines at passport inspection? We texted Suntransfer manager with our status while on the tram to pick up luggage. 5 minutes later they told us the driver had to go to the next scheduled pickup due to our 60 minutes ending. This was very suspicious since our flight arrived 30 minutes early. They apologized and told us they would investigate after we provided all the details and that the process would take one month to complete. We spoke to two other people in our tour group who had the same experience as us while arriving on different flights into Madrid. We will not consider SunTransfer again.

It was disastrous, completely unprofessional and fraudulent.
The first one left there was me, leaving one week before my partner.
I was in front of the hotel with her 45 minutes before the pick up time.
After 10 minutes of delay we made 5-6 calls to the assistance, who replied that they would call the transfer driver to understand what had happened, and in the end they told us that the bus had passed but there was no one. Absolutely false. After 20 minutes I’ve called again and again… The last one of the assistance suggested to me to call a local taxi.
I had to call a taxi to the airport, risking missing his flight and a series of inconveniences.
I had to pay in cash 115,00 Euros.
After a week, she was there 45 minutes before. In the previous days she had contacted the company to make sure of the time and pick-up point.
Same story, same reply.
The transfer never arrived. She called the telephone assistance several times and they told her that the driver was 10 minutes away and that he was on his way. No one arrived and she, with a disability and alone, under the hot sun, was forced to take a taxi, too.
Again she have to pay in cash others 115,00 Euros.
The worste experience with transfer in my traveller life.

Don’t trust this company!!! We arrived at our destination (Antalya) on 21 July 24. Booked our transfer with Suntransfer - pickup and drop off. Two females travelling alone arriving early hours of the morning at 2am. We wanted a reliability service but received opposite. No transfer no driver!!!! The booking confirmation said the driver will be holding a sign with my name or Suntransfer name on it waiting outside the terminal. We looked around for 1.5hrs and eventually took a taxi to the hotel. Suntransfer admitted fault but only refunded the taxi fare and not the leg of the journey we did not receive. Refund is according to an internal policy. I asked for a copy and complained but they have not acknowledged the request. They have no idea how this experience left me and my friend at the start of our holiday. A unsafe and unreliable company - never again!!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! Didn't pick us up at the airport so cancelled the return pick up as trust was gone. Now they are saying they will look into it and get back in 30 days! There was no queue at the public rank so we would have saved money and time by simply hopping in a taxi there.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. No taxi turned up for my return flight so I made my own arrangements as I was under time pressure. The company refuses to make a refund as they said I should have contacted them first.
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I had to reschedule return transfer due to flight being cancelled as a result of air traffic control issues. I paid the Gold protection cancellation cover but Suntransfers refused to refund the return transfer cost.
DISGRACEFUL Suntransfer
22/07/23 Date of return travel. Pick up from airport was adequate. The driver was not friendly. Almost like we were putting him out. Now the return back to the airport, which we had paid for in advance. Yes we were caught up in the recent wild fires and yes it was pandemonium around Kiotari. The main road to the airport was closed, at times, but when I called Suntransfer to pick us up from a different hotel, 2 miles up the road, from what we had been evacuated to due to evacuation from ours, they simply said they would not come as the road was closed. There are other routes to the hotel we were stranded at, and the road at rhat rime was not closed. I called them several times to come and pick us up but they kept me hanging on the phone hoping I would hang up, and even told me that the minivan was on its way. It never arrived! And was just another lie. They told us that we had to make our way to Kalithos, which was the other side of the fire. All the local taxis had been commandeered by the government to get people away from the fire. So I could not get to rhe meeting point. A lot of other transfer companies were picking people up from the hotel we were stranded at and taking them to the airport. So why could Suntransfer not do the same! We eventually got on one of the coaches to the airport. Suntransfer kept saying it was a serious situation! I knew that as I was in it and trying to get my family on a flight and to safety. If other companies/coaches were able to get to the hotel and airport, then why could they not! The phone handlers demeanour was so dismissive and abrupt. Other transfer companies were offering to take me to the airport but there were 5 of us, and we would not of all fitted into the spare seats. I shall keep renewing this post every week, so that other people know to use other transfer companies whilst in Rhodes. SUNTRANSFER were an absolute disgrace. My advice is to avoid as they were not professional nor were they sympathetic. They just did not want to help! So if you do not heed my advice, I sincerely hope you are not relying on SUNTRANSFER to help in your time of need! They will not accommodate you. Trust me, this is an honest opinion. Just thought I would remind everyone of this delightful company.

Horrendous company for both service & customer service. Was contacted 12 hours before our flight from Barcelona to inform us that unfortunately that had to cancel our pre-arranged and fully paid for return transfer to Barcelona from Roda De Bera. When contacted the first customer service agent hung up the phone and the second agent suggested we just book 2 taxi's, at 11.30 at night!!! when I'm due to leave at 7.30 in the morning! Currently sitting here stranded and wondering if I will catch my flight in the morning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! And as for their positive reviews.....they probably write them themselves!

Don’t use this company - it’s a scam. Their drivers don’t show up and then their friends/coworkers offers to drive you for triple the amount, and you don’t have any other options in this vulnerable position at the airport. Tried this recently in Cancun airport. Waited an hour, called customer service 5 times, finally spoke to someone, who told me the driver will be there in 5 minutes. After waiting another 30 min they driver called and said he had an accident and hung up. Total BS, it’s a coordinated scam. I have not yet received my money back. Stay away from this company.
Find other means of transport
Dear travellers, with too many bad experiences and a very bad customer service, I advice you not to use this Company. Either a 45 minutes trip takes 2,5 hours, or as I have experienced today, the Company has deleted me on their pickup time. So no pick-up time on a already prepaid travel and only contact with a robot. My advice is to find other transports and NEVER prepay as you will not get the money back.
The company is not reliable
I booked a transfer in Chania Airport but waited more than one hour but the Transfer never showed up. I called the helpdesk but they was completely incompetent. More than one hour
delayed I hade to take a normal taxi.

My transfer failed to show up to take me to Alicante airport. I only found out they weren't coming after I contacted suntransfers help line.I have now lost all faith in this company and they don't seem to be able to ressolve the issue of my refunds or care about their customers.

Suntransfers have contacted me for my bank details to make a bank transfer but that was a week ago. I have always used Suntransfers in the past with confidence but I'm very reluctant to use them in the future.

Beware taking sports luggage
I booked a transfer on shuttle bus from Faro airport and when I arrived at the airport I was refused transfer due to having a bike as luggage. Previously I have never had an issue with companies taking a bike instead of a suitcase. I had made some effort before hand to contact customer service by email to clarify but struggled to find their email on their website and gave up.
I was also told that I should have called them locally to let them know I would be late despite arriving 50 minutes after my flight landed and the advise on booking form was to call if you would be more than 60 minutes from landing.
When I called Sunttransfers I was told this was my fault for not booking properly and they could not / would not help further. As a single female travelling alone this was not hugely helpful.
Poor service , follow up and communication.
I ve booked a transfer from DXB to Abu Dhabi. The car was late more than 30 minutes, and there was no Premium Car as paid and booked , but a regular xar instead. I ve asked for a partial refund, and I ve got no answer. Scum .
