Fantastic company good prices and very fast delivery

I have made a couple of orders with sunstore and their service and communication is excellent.
Would not hesitate to recommend

They have a good range of solar products available for caravans/motorhomes and we settled on one of their deluxe kits. Delivery was prompt and installation was pretty straightforward following the included instructions. It's only been a couple of weeks so cannot yet comment on the longevity of the system but on the whole seems to be good quality kit.

We did have a couple of issues, namely the screws to attach the solar panel to the mounting brackets were missing from the kit, and the supplied cable gland was so tight that we had to lubricate the cable to get it through the gland, and even then it took some effort.

The instructions for the charge controller are not particularly clear but it is a fairly straightforward bit of kit so should present too many challenges for most people.

Performance so far seems good, I haven't taken any proper measurements yet but it seemed to do a good job of keeping our leisure battery charged over a long weekend away.

Excellent company. Had a few emails and conversations in finding the best solar set up and fixing kit for my campervan which were all very helpful. Package was delivered safely the next day.
The panel was relatively easy to fit and set up. Very happy customer.

Having bought solar and charging equipment for campervan conversion, I had a few teething problems with setting up the system. I have to say this has to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient companies I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend this company enough

Excellent service. They're very friendly, easy to deal with and very trustworthy. Very helpful and never pushy with sales. I think they'll repair pretty much anything you throw at them too. Last time I needed a water pump repair on my motorhome and they fitted it in while I waited; one jubilee grip and no charge. They are faultless and I can't recommend enough.

Very good experience dealing with sunstore. First off, their website is clear and easy to use, displaying everything they stock with decent product descriptions which was miles better than every other solar website I looked at. When I asked questions they responded within a day, were happy to swap parts of their kits to suit my needs and gave plenty of helpful advice. Once I had ordered sunstore had to navigate the difficulty of the newly established Northern Ireland Protocol which involves a customs border between NI and GB. I'm sure this was a headache for them but they had my shipment delivered with minimal holdup. I would recommend sunstore to anyone seeking to buy solar products, one of the largest investments I've ever made and I'm really glad I had such a good company to deal with when doing so.

This is the second time I have used Sunstore to help me setup a solar system on a motorhome and camper van.

Solar Panel works well and so far leisure battery has not dropped below 92%. Delivery was first class and initially I had a few problems installing panel, however Sunstore technical dept were very helpful. I needed a replacement panel which they sent up next day without hesitation. Fantastic service, would highly recommend product and company.

I have bought a solar kit for my caravan from these guys. The kit seems to be good quality, works well and arrived in good time which was well packaged. I asked a question and had this answered pretty quickly as well. Overall very happy.

Having lived with a garage that had no power since 2006, I finally decided a lockdown project would be to add solar power for charging devices and providing electric lighting. I didn't have much experience but found the advice from Sunstore very helpful and despite being in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery was quick. Prices were good and I decided to invest in one of the 12V kits. It's been amazing and I really wish I'd have installed it years ago! Great service and products.
