Poor customer service
the company uses FedX to delivery pkgs. FedX delivered my pkg to the wrong location. Left the pkg outside an unmonitored gate even though they have the gate codes. Pkg was stolen, we think. Sunspotsupply refuses to reship or refund the costs. They say they file a claim with FedX and FedX says they have not. In any event, the company refuses to provide verification they did file a claim or have any further communication with me.
They did charge me for the product with NO further followup.
They say NO COMPANY would make this right so they won't either.
