Had my shutters fitted last year in June, ordered them in March. Everything went smooth, the guy who fitted them came with a lady who cleaned all the way. I am very happy with the service and quality.
We have paid deposit of £995 in September,blinds wher being done February 2022 ,then was told factory burnt down in china,and now they are ignoring us ,don’t trust them get your shutters somewhere else 😡
Rip off merchants Took our money in November. Blamed their Chinese supplier. No sign of refund or blinds.
Ordered in Oct, due for installation early Jan, having paid a £1500 deposit. No response to emails, phone calls, Facebook messages. Eventually contacted late Jan by someone claiming to be new who advised their Chinese supplier had ripped them off and the original sales person had left the company. Promised an immediate refund, which hasn't materialised. Now chasing through chargeback. Facebook reviews show several other customers who have been ripped off.
I ordered new shutters from these people on the 13th of July 2021, it’s now the 14th feb 2022, I’ve got nothing, but they still have my money, and now have had to request a CCJ against them.
Do not order from these people, and if you do pay them nothing until they’ve done the job ( which they won’t) they are just geared up to take your money.
On the very rare occasion that they answer the phone to you, they will lie from start to finish.
Avoid the headache, there’s plenty of honest companies out there. And apparently one of the good reviews on here is from Germany, so I very much doubt they’ve had any work done.

I’m very happy with the final product of my shutters and the service throughout they were very quick with the procedure and extremely happy with the result would highly recommend.

We had a terrible experience with this company where we feel we have been scammed.
We will need to now replace the awful cheap horrendous bad quality shutters with some proper ones.
Also please check their website? They claim to have excellent Trustpilot and Google reviews… all lies, these do not exist!!
