Sunset finance has been doing my taxes for 10 years now for the last 4 years I’v been filling with them I’ve had to pay the irs back for fraud they’re workers placed in my file my paper work hasn’t been getting processed by the irs because it’s turned in late and jobs I’ve never worked have been in my file. The people they hire are inexperienced and not professional at all. I’m unhappy with the service I’ve been receiving from them these last few weeks I wouldn’t recommend any one to file their taxes with this company especially not the Savannah Georgia location.

The process was easy, and the customer service provided was excellent 💯

I spoke with a rep from there last Friday morning regarding a loan. I called on my lunch break and was told to call back due to someone being out of the office. I called back 30 minutes later and asked to speak with someone to complete my application. This is how the conversation went" Hi im calling back to complete my application. The rep:" *Sighs loudly * when did you fill out your application love?" Me: click
That was so rude. I get that im asking for a service but that was extremely rude.
