Great experience with Sunsave.
Sunsave were good all the way through from initial conversations to installation and setting up. Minor issue with scaffolders breaking a ridge tile but sorted very quickly.
Good communication and willingness to listen to customer as well as advise. I have decent knowledge and suggested some changes to equipment that once looked at showed to be looking like the best way to go. Staff have always been helpful and quick to respond.
I have a large capacity so generating alot more than we use and this is paying a good amount of money at the moment even though it's still only April. Actual generation has been above estimates so far since install in February.
Overall would definately recommend for a way to get into solar power at little initial expense.

A great option if you're considering solar with professional, efficient service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
We recently made the decision to install solar and contacted Sunsave on the basis of the subscription style package they offer.
Whether the package is right for you or not, their service has been absolutely superb. From initial consultation, talking us through and preparing contracts, through design and organisation of installation, the installation itself and the post installation support have all been brilliant.
I would absolutely recommend and if I ever mive would use them again. Thanks Sunsave team!

Lovely staff, just very pushy when I'm unsure about solar options
Looked into this as an option as we have a lower renovation budget, as with most finance models though you end up paying a high premium really. Had quotes for similar systems that are much lower so you end up paying double the price which does not really fall within the "cost saving" that the company pushes. The staff however are lovely and very informative, albeit quite pushy like I said I would catch up with them the following Wednesday and I have had calls and emails from them since then.. If I say catch up on a set day, it means I'm taking my time to decide, this pushy attitude has pushed me out of a sale I'm afraid. Sorry but this tactic doesn't work for everyone. If this type of way into solar works for you, by all means go for it as it does seem like a very good option, I just don't have the amount they're asking for every month and did not like their approach, it's a finance model that lasts 20 odd years, I don't want to feel like I'm being ushered into that.

You’re right that Sunsave Plus can cost more than paying upfront, and there are reasons for that.
1. Sunsave Plus is a complete solar solution. Our offering includes a comprehensive guarantee, including a free battery upgrade, insurance, monitoring, and maintenance for 20 years - so it’s not comparable to a typical solar install.
2. Sunsave Plus is a financial product, and just like anything on finance, paying over time costs more. That doesn’t mean you’d be without net savings though!
We’ve calculated a typical 4-bed home saves £454 a year with Sunsave Plus, even after the subscription costs. That means the new yearly energy bill, plus the Sunsave Plus payments, is £454 lower than the bill they were paying before. For a detailed breakdown of how we work this out please see www.sunsave.energy.
We hear your point on the number of messages you received. At Sunsave, we pride ourselves on letting customers take their time to decide and review their options, and we’re sorry your experience didn’t reflect that.

Milo Boyd was an excellent advisor who…
Milo Boyd was an excellent advisor who went into a detailed demonsreation of the strategy of the company, the breakdown of my current usage and my future expenditure based on the proposed number of solar panel that can be fitted on my roof. His advise was professional, impartial and honest. He answered all my questions with simplified language. I felt Sunsave is the company I would go for when I make decision in the future.

Good solar experience
Great info throughout enquiry, booking and installation. Tegan and Antonio were excellent and always happy to answer any questions I had. Installation was unfortunately delayed a few days but this was outside of the control of Sunsave. Panels/battery have been up and running for a few weeks now and working very well. I would recommend Sunsave as a good option for solar with no upfront cost.

Highly recommend!
Had the panels and battery installed for nearly two weeks now and my energy costs have dropped by approx 75%. Everything went smoothly, from first meeting to install and after sales support. I’ve got no doubt I have made the right decision and would recommend.
