Great service from start to finish. Good communication , lovely product and a fabulous finish by professional fitters.

Recently had Shutters, Roman Blinds and Curtains fitted by Sunrise Blinds. A professional service from start to finish, with very helpful and efficient staff. Good quality products and excellent value. Great installation job by Hayden, who was quick, efficient and left everything clean and tidy, while being friendly and respectful.
We have already returned to purchase a further blind. Would highly recommend.

From initial enquiry to finished blinds every single member of staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about products and how the process of ordering blinds to making and then finished was explained accurately. A local firm I highly recommend. No hard sell of any products you do not need.

From measuring up to fitting the blinds it was very smooth, no hiccups or delays.

We had a Roman blind fitted by Sunrise in 2019. It has been working fine, but one day recently there was a small problem with one of the string fasteners at the bottom of the blind. I rang Sunrise and sent them a couple of photos of the problem area. Within a couple of hours somebody rang back who diagnosed the problem and talked us through the simple process of fixing it. Within a couple of days a replacement part arrived in the post and I was able to fix the blind which is now working fine again.

We have just had several blinds fitted by Sunrise Blinds, Newmarket.

We are delighted with them and the experience of the initial consultation with Daniel and then the fitter means they all work well in the various spaces.

We were recommended this company by a friend who has used them several times. From the initial telephone call, the measuring service and the fitting which was carried out by Hayden, everyone was friendly and helpful. There was a huge choice of colours, designs & styles to suit any style of home and budget. We had a figure in mind, and the price we were quoted was well below that but no compromise on quality.
When Hayden fitted the blinds, he explained how each one worked. He arrived on time, cleared up any mess and was really friendly.
We would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We had new blinds installed in our village hall and were very happy with the service, from visiting to quote through to installation. Would recommend and use again.

Had to call Sunrise due to a problem with my deck awning they installed a couple years ago with an issue of it not retracting. Sunrise called me back to state that they could attend next day in the morning, which they did. The problem was diagnosed, resolved & the awnings functioning fine again.
Leaving this review for anyone considering a really good quality awning or blind, which can be a significant cost..
It is only as good as the support your going to get from the company installing if anything happens after that. If that is the promise your made at time of purchase, pre installation, then you will not be disappointed with the service you receive from Sunrise if you go with them. Highly recommended.

We have used SunRise Blinds & Conservatories Ltd for the supply and installation of all our blind requirements for many years and always been pleased with the products and service, so much so, that we've never gone anywhere else for a quote or supply.

However, our recent experience, has been less than satisfactory. When I heard nothing after 3 weeks after placing our order, I made contact and was told it was booked in to be fitted (6 weeks after my original order date), I said I wasn't really happy with that and eventually they fitted it after 5 weeks (yesterday). The communication wasn't customer friendly either.

After the blind was fitted yesterday, I asked about payment and I was told by the fitter that he didn't have a card machine and could I pay by either phoning the office or by bank transfer. As I was working, I opted to do the Bank Transfer option. I went to pay last night, in fact I had entered all the details online, but then I asked my husband if had checked it to make sure everything was okay before I did the payment. So I aborted the payment and we went upstairs to look. When we looked, the material looked totally different to the sample I had taken a photo of. So I immediately wrote to SunRise Blinds to query it and then held off the payment. Later in the evening when I went up and the blind was in a different light (after dark) I could see actually the material was the same, so I immediately came down and emailed again saying to ignore my previous email and that I would sort the payment in due course.

This morning I was in the process of making a payment when an email popped up from SunRise Blinds, saying that payment was due immediately after installation. I was shocked by the response, no politeness in responding to my last email, just demanding payment. Sorry, but you have lost our business, albeit not a big impact to you, but really you need improve your customer service and be more polite to your customers - Anne!!! Very disappointed, not the same customer service we've received in the past.

Be assured we will not be a returning customer.

My rating is based on the poor customer service and slow turn around time.

Just had sunshine blinds in to fit skylight roof blinds in garden room.
The lads were in and out in no time.
