We just returned our car after one week and I really want to recommend SunRise Car Rentals! The service and communication is just perfect! We had a brand new car, what was fantastic.

These guys are great. We were a bit nervous that their lower price would mean a poor service but the opposite was true. They have a clever business model. To keep costs down they provide you with a slightly older car than the leading companies - but still in perfect working order. Ours had a mileage around the 100k but you wouldn’t have known it. It ran like a new car. The management are easy going, friendly, humourous and helpful and happy to deliver the car to your Hotel. And then pick it up from you at the end of your rental. We got completely lost in the back streets of Heraklion trying to find our Hotel for the final night, but were spotted by Michaelis, who was coming to pick up the car on his electric scooter, and he led us through the winding streets right to the door. And then no uncomfortable quibbling about scratches and dents. If you’re looking to rent and don’t mind a slightly older vehicle, look no further then these guys.

They have been totally reliable no ‘surprise’ extras unlike many rental firms at the airport and there on time no matter how late or early!

For me Crete is the right place to be along all year round.
And if I am here I travel with sunrise cars.
Uptil now it was the right thing to do.

The car broke in the middle of Crete, near the Zeus cave(battery was completely off) These guys spent only 2 hours to get there with new one. And gave us a car higher class. Both cars was in good conditon. Thanks a lot and wish you good business!

I booked a car in August from SunRise Car Rentals and asked the delivery to take place at Heraklion airport. Although my flight was delayed and I was anxious about the car pick up would be ok, the representative of SunRise was there to greet me and show me the way to the car. The car was clean and everything was as promised.
