Fake shipping, Long shipping, Incorrect number of items delivered
Received a Tracking# that did not show package movement after 1 month. Inquired as to package status and was told my order would be shipped in 2 boxes. No explanation regarding the first Tracking# I was provided (1 box). When order finally received (2+ months), I ordered 4 topiary balls. Received 3 topiary balls. Company refuses to correct their error by sending the missing ball or issuing refund. 12 mostly nonsensical emails exchanged - all of which refuse to correct error.
