I bought flexible solar panels and a 48V LiFePO4 battery from Sunny Tech Solar. I wanted to also buy a SRNE inverter but they were out of stock. To get it quickly I got it straight out of China. But had trouble with installation and the PV was not working. Despite multiple checks I couldn't fix it. The Sunny Tech salesperson Benson kindly assisted and I could bring in my Chinese bought Inverter to them to identify the problem. The SRNE inverter was okay and it was a PV installation error on my side. The PV plug cap was not tied up enough.
What an excellent service and I recommend the sales team highly.

Outstanding after sales support. After 19 years of having a property completely of grid I found Sunnytech a little over three years ago. Thanks to Benson and his people my system has never been down in the three plus years I've been dealing with them. In my my forty three years of being in business Sunnytech's after sales service and advice is second to none.

I have purchased a few items here, excellent service, rapid dispatch, and great follow through if there is a problem, Replace or refund with no issues.
The only downside is the courier they use have been a bit hit and miss with their service. Last item is MIA after 2 weeks.
