DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Sent me the wrong item, wrong size on the other item. Asked for a refund and NEVER GOT MY MONEY. Have sent them multiple emails with no response. Complete SCAM!!!

sent both of the wrong dresses in the wrong size and the only thing they said was “most customers like them after trying them on” and “here’s a 30% refund”

I am filing this complaint to warn other consumers about Sunnoss/Sansdress. This company appears to operate deceptively by using what appears to be a U.S. address while actually operating out of China.

I ordered a dress from this company and received a completely different item than what was advertised and purchased. The dress I received appeared cheap, heavily wrinkled, potentially used, and arrived without tags. When I contacted customer service, they initially falsely claimed they never received payment from me. I then provided proof from my credit card statement along with confirmation that they had shipped the package, which obviously would not have occurred without payment.

After that, the company refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only a 30% partial refund for sending the wrong item. When I sent them screenshots clearly showing the dress I ordered versus the completely different dress I received, their response was that the dress they sent was “elegant in style” and that I should keep it because I would be “pleasantly surprised.”

Over a dozen emails followed, during which the company repeatedly refused to make the situation right or provide a full refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

I also discovered multiple advertisements for this company on Pinterest and reported my concerns there as well. Based on my experience, I believe consumers should exercise extreme caution before purchasing from Sunnoss/Sansdress.
