I was recommended by my friend. It smelled so nice on her. When i wore it it was too strong to my liking. She suggested I buy the oil to compliment the edp. I got the same perfume and oil bundle. Then I requested to return one bottle of unopened fragrance but they did not accept my return. If this was the case, you should have clearly mentioned in website that it’s non returnable no matter what..even though the perfume is fully sealed and never touched.
Their customer service takes ages to get back. I had awful experience so be very careful before purchasing online. They do not take returns in any condition.

I had a great experience at Sunnamusk in Birmingham with the staff that was so passionate and was not pushy. Was really patient and gentle and offered so many combinations of perfume plus oil to match my request. Found the perfect one and so happy I bought it. Too pity I didn t took his name but it was a light skin gentleman with beard and bald. Thank you for your help!

The fragrances and oils are absolutely amazing. The sales staff really do know their products and deliver a great customer experience. The items are packaged beautifully too. I do not need to go to any other fragrance shop again.

Beautiful smells
Beautiful smells. Packaging is exquisite and feels smells and looks expensive. It's not the cheapest however up there with the famous tags. I would recommend the oils and the EDP. Will buy again most definitely
