We are loving our Sunlight Sauna. It has an excellent red light therapy system which is important to me. The wavelengths and strengths are at the proper amounts to be beneficial and there are 4 panels in the system. The sauna itself is so comfortable and the customer service was excellent. We purchased it during the black friday sale and have been using it for a few months now so my review it after thoroughly testing it out. I have no regrets purchasing this sauna.

Would give it fives across the board if the tablet was substantially better. All of my issues are around the tablet. It’s has limited memory extremely slow times doesn’t work at times has problem connecting to Wi-Fi that seats 10 feet away on and on and on you need to do a software upgrade and solve substantial better tablets at this price point. I find it really unacceptable how much I struggle with it. I called the desk for help and you tell me that a lot of those programs actually don’t exist so then delete them from the app please

The Sunlighten experience is like no other, I never do reviews yet for this company they don’t compare or compete. There are 5 stars, then there is “ Sunlighten”. From call one, to prep, communication, delivery, follow up and life changing quslity they provide an experience not to be missed. They are top tier. Can you give me another 6-8 weeks? The master bathroom remodel where the sauna will be installed is just now beginning. The sauna has been stored in a closet since delivery. I can’t wait for this project to finally come to fruition.

We are really enjoying the sauna. One of the immediate benefits we noticed was that we are sleeping better. We’re looking forward to experiencing the other health benefits that you get from having a red light sauna. We’ve only had it for two weeks at this point.

We have had our sauna for about 4 months. I don't know if it does everything it claims, but we are both enjoying it. We bought the 2 person one but generally use it by ourselves. You can do a little stretching but would need a 3 person to really be able to stretch your muscles or lay out. The assembly wasn't super difficult, but the parts were pretty heavy and it did take us a few hours. I definitely recommend looking up various youtube videos, both official and then searching on others, before you put it together. We had to have a dedicated circuit put in and I wish I would have thought about where to put it better, as we can't really get to the plug. (But can flip the breaker, which we do when we leave town.) I haven't made any custom programs but so far have been happy with the ones that are already programmed. The sound system is good and the pad seems to work pretty well for streaming or music, or whatever you connect with bluetooth. We are happy we bought it.

It was a pain to uncrate and assemble. Mine lasted a month before it went unusable and had to be serviced. Sunlighten did send a technician twice and has since solved the issue. My one remaining complaint is that is does not reach 167 degrees and the reason I bought it was that it was rated for over 165 degrees, which many feel is the threshold for heart/health benefits. Other than that I like it.

Love the product. The only issue was opening the boxes and spreading out everything to assemble. Very difficult when you have a narrow hall way getting everything into room. NO doubt this is a 2 person job. Once you get it together it was worth the effort.

After conducting extensive research on purchasing a good IR sauna that wasn't too expensive I was surprised that I settled on Sunlighten! I actually thought that when starting on this adventure that they were too expensive; this assumption was based off of "talk" from various social media posts. It wasn't until I gathered information on many units and compared the options available, the quality, foreign versus domestic products, customer service and price that I discovered that Sunlighten was the one for us! We thought that maybe the assembly could prove to be overwhelming but after watching the video and not being in a rush, we found that it wasn't that difficult after all. The customer service has been exceptional! We purchased the Believe (2-person) and my only suggestion is that I wouldn't want to be in it with 2 people for a long session. The space is best for one person. WE LOVE OUR SUNLIGHTEN SAUNA!

If I could give zero stars, I would the sauna does not get as hot as they say it does nowhere close you can be in the sauna for 45 minutes at full temperature having it heated for three hours and you won’t break a sweat. A real nightmare.

High quality product with technology. It is exactly how it is being advertised, no surprises. The assembly requires at least two strong people. The instructions are very good and the pieces come together perfectly aligned once they are in place. I am not sure about the other saunas but I would like to see one small shelf under or above the control panel for light control device or other personal items (phone, glasses, etc.). Bottom line is, we have been using at least every other day if not everyday and we love it.
