Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. Pressure washer broke once had to fight to get it replaced. Replaces pressurewasher broke again, same issue. At this point I just want my money back but I guess I'll accept another replacement. But no only the first purchase was warrantied. So I'm stuck not with a crap broken pressurewasher.

Don't do it! Find a different company!

If I could give this company zero or negative stars I absolutely would. They are fraud and create many unreasonable roadblocks to their warranty. They have been "out of stock" with weed eater blades for over a year and have no E.T.A as to when they will be available. They also have no reasonable solutions. Worst customer service ever! I would highly suggest using a didn't company to meet your needs.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I have an extended warranty for a electric wood chipper. It died on me recently and I put in for a replacement. I did get someone to talk to and was supplied a transaction number, but no follow up, no tracking number. When I call, the automated machine said I had a 6 minute wait. I'm on minute 20 as of this writing and still no answer. First and last purchase with SunJoe.

I bought an electric power washer and…

I bought an electric power washer and in 2017 and 2 years later it broke. The company was great and sent a replacement under the warranty. This time I bought an extended warranty which expires in October 2024. This month the unit began to leak and lost pressure. When I requested warranty service I was told to find the original receipt. Luckily I found it. Then I was told to find the original warranty paperwork. I don’t have that but pointed out my account which shows that the warranty is active. This was not enough and they refused to honor their warranty. I have other sun joe and snow Joe products and have been impressed with the company and its products. However something seems to have changed and I will not be doing business with them again

Sunjoe priced low for a reason…

Sunjoe products are priced low for a reason. I have owned an edger, getting replacement blades is impossible, a power washer, 1season and the gasket on the pump failed. NEVER AGAIN. I do not recommend.

Terrible Customer Service

I have a SunJoe chain saw that stopped working when I went to use it this summer. The bar jams and won’t move. I believe the unit was less than two years old so under warranty. I called twice a week apart and was told each time their “system was updating” so they couldn’t find my registration. They offered to sell me a new unit that was more than comparable brands on Amazon. I have three other Sun/SnoJoe products but after this customer service experience, no more!

Horrible company and warranty. Customer service are liars and will jerk you around to avoid warranty replacement. You will spend hours trying to get customer service . Their warranty states hassle free but it is a complete hassle dealing with them

Good luck contacting Sunjoe customer…

Good luck contacting Sunjoe customer service. Emails go unanswered for days but if you have 30 minutes to waste on hold you might get a cs rep to answer. I was told I would receive a warranty replacement for my less than 2 year old pressure washer but am now getting the fun around after showing proof of purchase. Absolutely the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. DON'T SHOP JOE!

Engine failure

I owned Sunjoe pw for 1 1/2 years and used at leased 7 times to clean small patios and siding. It worked great on these occasions. This Spring, the engine turned on, but no pressure. Had to junk the machine. Very disappointed!

SunJoe Pressure Washer quit…

SunJoe Pressure Washer quit working.Model# SPX4600,Bar Code 8 42470 10925 4. These people will not help in any way if you do not have a receipt.I sent pictures of unit,serial #,Model#.20 yr. military vet,100% disabled. My son comes by on the weekends to socialize and washing vehicles,driveway and what ever keeps me going. He does the work, I encourage him. This one small event has now been jerked out from underneath me. Profit over a sense of pride seems to be the deal of the day.

Bought a pole trimmer 2 1/2 years ago. The blade jams. I have emailed the company numerous times & got replies numerous times and replies about a hose, for which this had nothing to do with. They had me send in a video & agreed it is not working right but refuse to do anything. The blade & tool are not available anymore. I will buy Ryobi from now on. Won't do business w SunJoe. Could not find my receipt but it is their product.

After years of fertilizer and neglect the wedding venue I work at needed a overhaul on the grass , so thick turning white . So talking to Charito we agreed to try the Sunjoe 2. . Best purchase I made now the place is going to look like a golf course . And the boss is happy

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

bought a product that doesnt work out of the box. Now the product is out of stock. Called customer service and went on line chat. THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!! They want me to wait 4 weeks and then call them back to see if the product is back in stock. This use to be a good company with good customer service. All I can say is DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUNJOE!

SunJoe blowers blowing me off...

I received a SunJoe leaf blower for a gift Dec 2022. It didn't work. When called, they said that one was out of stock and I would receive an email when one came in. Nothing. Called back again a month ago, said they put in for three other types of equal or better value but still nothing. What are the odds of getting four possible blowers and ALL are out of stock? It is under warranty but they still haven't replaced it. It's Feb 2024. I have a feeling they are stalling until end of the two year warranty. Shady business practices so far. If anything changes, I will review it but I'm doubting it will occur.

I have had 3 mowers that have failed…

I have had 3 mowers that have failed under warrantee and were replaced (MJ403E). The common failure mode was caused by hitting a tree root which sheared the two plastic keys in the plastic blade base holder which holds the blade in place and keeps the assembly balanced. It is a $7 part which should be a consumable, but SunJoe does not make it available to the consumer. So if you don't buy the extended warrantee and get new machines, there is no way to keep from throwing it in the landfill!!! Eyes Wide Open. Great machine, fair price, good warrantee support - no lifecycle support!

unresponsive warranty service

just made my 4th effort to get warranty coverage on a vacuum that stopped working several months ago. Model SWD5000,SERIAL# 0341350000435. I called 11/28/2023 and was told I'd receive an email with instructions within 4 weeks. Never got it. After 6 weeks, called again, was told someone would call me back. No one did. Did an email request early this month, got a response saying I'd hear from someone within 24 hours, never heard anything. Complained on Facebook site, was told I'd be contacted within 24 hours, never heard anything. Just tried to call again, and get recording that no one is available to take calls, and line hangs up.
