Jacket zipper would not work. They sent me another. Zipper still does not work! Trash products, cheaply made and HORRIBLE customer service. I living in MN/ND where it is beyond cold have bought many jackets And this is by far the worst jacket I have ever had and by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE. Dont walk RUN away from Sunice products! This experience has been so aweful. Keep going back and fourth with the company and it has been 17 emails and different chats with them on their website and not getting my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will regret it.

I bought a women's sunice zephal rain jacket. I am a normal size woman 5"6" . The jacket is designed for someone over 6 ft. The back is so long it bunches up several inches. The front length is okay and the fabric is fine. Who designed this piece of crap? The way it is made, I cannot shorten the back without taking it all apart. Given the sealed seams on a rain jacket this is not possible. A waste of money.

It appears that it is a great product. Im just trying to return for a smaller size. The customer service phone line is not operating and Ive sent two emails to customer service, with no reply.

Short already worn out after using it for 1 week.

Customer Service has been nothing less than a disappointment! I will look to other competitors for product that is needed
You should have told me two weeks ago that you would not replace jacket .. zipper on wind jacket did not stand up

DISAPPOINTING. First- it took extremely long to receive order!! Not expeditious in any way- shape- or form. Overpriced product for what was received. Believed I was getting a great purchase: great product for great price. Not. BUYER BEWARE. Original & sale price too much for what was received. Haven’t even worn jacket & zipper broke! on removable sleeve! Unbelievable!!! AND it was a final- non-returnable sale. Understand why.
