Terrible experience! Their return policy is ridiculous. They push you into store credit, but once you use it, you can’t return or exchange anything, even if it doesn’t fit! Most of their sizes are inaccurate, and now I’m stuck with 3 dresses that don’t fit.
Don’t waste your money! this company is dishonest, and management refuses to step in when you escalate concerns.
I also paid out of pocket on my last order, in addition to the points they gave me from the previous issue, and they still won’t refund the money I spent.

I ordered a dress and it went missing during delivery. Evri and Sunfere didnt care and just bounced me back and fore to each company without any help whatsoever. The dress eventually arrived and despite going by the measurements they had on the size chart it was too small, I measured the dress and it was way off the measurements that were listed. The fabric and construction of the dress was very similar to that of Shein/Temu and the zip had been jammed shut. It absolutely is not worth £84. After the delivery debacle I couldn't face the automated nonsensical customer service bots again so I have reconstructed the dress myself and put a new zip in. I do not recommend Sunfere, do not be seduced by the pictures. Also, dont sign up to the emails unless you want 3-4 every day.

I’ve been waiting for a refund now since 2nd August. After days chasing them for a return address it came through and I promptly posted it through Royal Mail , sent the tracking and images requested and still no sign of a refund. Another chasing email sent today. Just not good customer service…very frustrated. 😣

The dress didn't fit me - too large on top and too small on the hips so I tried to return it. Have been emailing for 4 days asking for the full refund since my first email. It's a back and forth trail since then of one reply a day where they try to get you to accept store credit because of "high shipping costs, extended transit times, and potential customs issues". I live in the Netherlands and the warehouse is in Germany so this shouldn't be an issue. Yet after asking 4 times for the return address I am still waiting - all of this eating into the return period. It shouldn't be so hard to return.

I recently ordered the Gloria Long Sleeve Flared Hem Midi Dress in size Large from Sunfere, but the dress arrived much smaller than expected. Upon receiving and trying it on, I immediately contacted Sunfere for a refund, well within the 28-day return policy period. Initially, they requested a photo of the price tag, and then attempted to negotiate a partial refund of 30%, later increasing to 50%, which contradicts their stated return policy. They insisted I keep the dress, which is unwearable for me. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service, and I will not be ordering from this site again. I urge others to be cautious when ordering, as you may end up with items you cannot use. The dress cost me $100, and this experience has been very disappointing.

I received my order from China, but Sunfere insisted I return it to Germany, UK or U.S. I paid for EMS return, clearly labeled it as a “return,” but German customs rejected it because Sunfere’s warehouse failed to submit proper paperwork — something only the recipient can do under German law.
Sunfere blames me for customs issues, refuses to refund fully, and won’t cover the return shipping I already paid. Their logistics make proper returns impossible, pushing customers into accepting partial refunds.
I’ve been trying to resolve this since April 27. After nearly two months, they still offer only an 80% refund and no reimbursement, despite it being entirely their mistake.
Do not buy from this company. You’ll end up paying for their mistake.

I’ve sent an email regarding a return I was getting communication every day until the last email which was me choosing again three options if I’d like store credit partial refund or full refund. I’ve already said I’d like to return all items and have stated if they could share the UK returns address with a full refund. Also you have to pay for the return at your own expense. And now it’s been 2 days I’ve heard back nothing. They don’t even have a number you can contact them from!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!
I ordered a dress from this shop with premium delivery option. The dress didnt come on time.
When i finally received the dress, it looked so so cheap to the extent that I cant believe I paid 100 sgd for it. I immediately took pictures and required the shop to refund.
They were so unresponsive. They blocked me on their instagram when I tried to comment on their post telling people what they did to me. They literally tried to make it harder for me to send the dress back and get a refund. Though the dress was sent from China, they told me if I want to send back the dress, I need to send it to their Europe warehouse and I will need to pay for that delivery myself!
Today, i learnt that they literally stole the design from a Vietnamese brand, and sold the fake dress (with sooo much cheaper material) with double the auth price. OMG what a shame.
Never buy anything from here please!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the service and return process.
The items look nice on the website, but the return process is extremely exhausting and poorly organized. To return an item, I had to go through multiple emails, confirmations, photo proofs, and complicated instructions. It honestly feels like the process is made intentionally difficult to discourage returns.
This is the first online store I've encountered with such a disrespectful attitude toward the customer's time. It's a shame, because the selection is interesting, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

The fabric was poor quality. The dress has a bad cut and doesn't fit well on someone with a larger bust. The store blocks the possibility of returning the shipment and returning the goods. Never ever again!

I recently purchased from this website and took the time to leave an honest review about my experience. While my review was fair and constructive (with photos), it never appeared on their site. It’s frustrating and disappointing when companies only allow glowing reviews and filter out anything that might not be 5 stars. This kind of selective moderation gives a false impression of the brand and damages customer trust.

I purchased three dresses and unfortunately, I'm not very satisfied overall.
Janice Floral Printed Strapless Maxi Dress: The fabric quality was extremely poor—so thin that it reminded me of a luggage cover I once bought on Tem*, actually even thinner. The stitching looked like a quick repair job, not something new. It felt cheap and unwearable.
Beata Printed Strap Midi Dress: This one is ok but was also very thin and almost see-through, especially in sunlight. I can’t imagine wearing it outdoors without layering something underneath. Definitely not what I expected based on the photos.
Janice Floral Printed Strapless Maxi Dress: This was the best of the three, as the fabric was of better quality. However, the fit was off—it was far too big and way too long, even with heels on.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend these dresses unless there are significant improvements in fabric quality and sizing. I wanted to love them, but sadly, they didn’t meet expectations.
