Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Their return policy is ridiculous. They push you into store credit, but once you use it, you can’t return or exchange anything, even if it doesn’t fit! Most of their sizes are inaccurate, and now I’m stuck with 3 dresses that don’t fit.

Don’t waste your money! this company is dishonest, and management refuses to step in when you escalate concerns.

I also paid out of pocket on my last order, in addition to the points they gave me from the previous issue, and they still won’t refund the money I spent.

(1)At no point did we ever force you to choose store credits. Each time, you willingly selected this option. Before issuing store credits, our team always explained very clearly that any orders placed with store credits are not eligible for return or exchange. On both occasions, you confirmed your agreement and provided your account details before we proceeded. We also have full records of these conversations as evidence.

(2)On your first order (two dresses), when you mentioned one item didn’t fit, we sent you detailed return instructions on May 21, including the option of a standard return for a refund or keeping the item with store credits (recommended for exchange). On May 27, after confirming the policy with you, we issued the store credits as per your request.

(3)On your second order (June 5, paid with store credits accumulated from the previous returns ), when you again reported sizing issues, we reminded you that store credit orders are not eligible for return.

Despite this, we made a special exception with our supervisor’s approval and processed a return & refund option for you. However, on July 2, you declined the return & refund and once again confirmed that you preferred to get more store credits instead. At that time, we also reiterated very clearly that orders placed with store credits are not eligible for return or exchange, and explained that the size chart on our website is a body size chart (not garment measurements). We even offered to assist you with sizing recommendations if you could provide your body measurements.

Nevertheless, you insisted on choosing store credits, and we issued them accordingly while you kept all the items without returning any.

(4)On your third order, you once again used store credits, and the same concern was raised. Please note that on two different occasions, you had the option to return for a refund but chose store credits and kept items instead. We have consistently explained that store credit orders cannot be returned, yet we still went out of our way to provide exceptions.

We always aim to be transparent and fair, and while we truly value your business, we also need to ensure fairness to all customers by following the policies consistently. Our team has remained polite, responsive and has even made exceptions to assist you, but we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot continue to make exceptions beyond what is reasonable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a dress and it went missing during delivery. Evri and Sunfere didnt care and just bounced me back and fore to each company without any help whatsoever. The dress eventually arrived and despite going by the measurements they had on the size chart it was too small, I measured the dress and it was way off the measurements that were listed. The fabric and construction of the dress was very similar to that of Shein/Temu and the zip had been jammed shut. It absolutely is not worth £84. After the delivery debacle I couldn't face the automated nonsensical customer service bots again so I have reconstructed the dress myself and put a new zip in. I do not recommend Sunfere, do not be seduced by the pictures. Also, dont sign up to the emails unless you want 3-4 every day.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete/incorrect address details or courier exceptions, our team always notifies customers promptly, provides pickup instructions, or advises contacting the courier directly since shipping information can no longer be modified once the parcel is dispatched. If you haven’t received a response from the courier, we can also escalate the case to our shipping partners, but this may take longer, which is why contacting the courier yourself is usually faster. Without your order details, we are unable to confirm the exact circumstances of your case, but please be assured that our colleague always follows up with customers until the issue is resolved.

For sizing, please note that the size chart displayed on our product pages refers to body measurements, not garment measurements, and this is clearly stated. We sincerely apologize if this caused any confusion.

As for zippers, every dress is carefully inspected before dispatch, and zippers are tested multiple times. For certain designs such as invisible zippers or those placed alongside delicate fabrics like lace or tassels, fabric may occasionally get caught. Gently pulling the fabric aside before zipping usually resolves the issue.

If you are unsatisfied with sizing or quality, you are always welcome to request a return within 28 days of delivery. I’ve been waiting for a refund now since 2nd August. After days chasing them for a return address it came through and I promptly posted it through Royal Mail , sent the tracking and images requested and still no sign of a refund. Another chasing email sent today. Just not good customer service…very frustrated. 😣

Slow return process

The dress didn't fit me - too large on top and too small on the hips so I tried to return it. Have been emailing for 4 days asking for the full refund since my first email. It's a back and forth trail since then of one reply a day where they try to get you to accept store credit because of "high shipping costs, extended transit times, and potential customs issues". I live in the Netherlands and the warehouse is in Germany so this shouldn't be an issue. Yet after asking 4 times for the return address I am still waiting - all of this eating into the return period. It shouldn't be so hard to return.

Dissatisfied with dress and service

I recently ordered the Gloria Long Sleeve Flared Hem Midi Dress in size Large from Sunfere, but the dress arrived much smaller than expected. Upon receiving and trying it on, I immediately contacted Sunfere for a refund, well within the 28-day return policy period. Initially, they requested a photo of the price tag, and then attempted to negotiate a partial refund of 30%, later increasing to 50%, which contradicts their stated return policy. They insisted I keep the dress, which is unwearable for me. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service, and I will not be ordering from this site again. I urge others to be cautious when ordering, as you may end up with items you cannot use. The dress cost me $100, and this experience has been very disappointing.

Poor quality and unfair return policy

I received my order from China, but Sunfere insisted I return it to Germany, UK or U.S. I paid for EMS return, clearly labeled it as a “return,” but German customs rejected it because Sunfere’s warehouse failed to submit proper paperwork — something only the recipient can do under German law.

Sunfere blames me for customs issues, refuses to refund fully, and won’t cover the return shipping I already paid. Their logistics make proper returns impossible, pushing customers into accepting partial refunds.

I’ve been trying to resolve this since April 27. After nearly two months, they still offer only an 80% refund and no reimbursement, despite it being entirely their mistake.

Do not buy from this company. You’ll end up paying for their mistake.

Our return policy clearly states the designated return warehouse addresses, which are publicly listed and apply equally to all customers. You mentioned that we refused your return, but the official documentation from German customs stated:

“The above-mentioned shipment addressed to you from outside the EU could not be declared to customs for duty- and tax-free clearance by us due to incomplete information provided by the sender.”

This indicates that the return parcel was missing required information during shipment — an issue that, unfortunately, must be handled by you at the time of posting. This is not an error on our part. We are not shifting responsibility, but rather trying to assist wherever possible.

We have actively communicated with you and consistently offered solutions. However, your position has changed multiple times, making it difficult to reach a clear and effective resolution.

On June 13, you recognized your own mistake and requested that we handle the return in Hong Kong instead. As previously explained, our Hong Kong facility is a shipping warehouse only, not a return center — and the two serve different logistical purposes. However, to support you, we made a special arrangement to have our team receive the return parcel in Hong Kong and prepared all necessary customs documentation in advance. We also shared the agreed-upon return address with you on June 20.

However, you later changed your mind, asking for a full refund without returning the goods, which we believe is an unreasonable demand. Despite this, we have remained in contact with you because we truly care about resolving the matter to your satisfaction.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, but we want to assure you and others reading this that we are acting fairly and respectfully in line with our policies and responsibilities.

I’ve sent an email regarding a return I was getting communication every day until the last email which was me choosing again three options if I’d like store credit partial refund or full refund. I’ve already said I’d like to return all items and have stated if they could share the UK returns address with a full refund. Also you have to pay for the return at your own expense. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!

I ordered a dress from this shop with premium delivery option. The dress didnt come on time.

When i finally received the dress, it looked so so cheap to the extent that I cant believe I paid 100 sgd for it. I immediately took pictures and required the shop to refund.

They were so unresponsive. They blocked me on their instagram when I tried to comment on their post telling people what they did to me. They literally tried to make it harder for me to send the dress back and get a refund. Though the dress was sent from China, they told me if I want to send back the dress, I need to send it to their Europe warehouse and I will need to pay for that delivery myself!

Today, i learnt that they literally stole the design from a Vietnamese brand, and sold the fake dress (with sooo much cheaper material) with double the auth price. OMG what a shame.

Never buy anything from here please!!!!!!!!!

There are many similar styles in the market, but the design you purchased is entirely our own.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Our delivery timeline consists of:
Processing time: 1–4 business days
Shipping time: 3–4 business days
Your order was delivered within the promised time frame. However, as you felt the delivery speed did not meet your expectations, we still refunded the expedited shipping fee as a goodwill gesture.

4.Return Policy & Shipping Warehouses
We are a legitimate business serving over 15,000 satisfied customers globally, and we are proud of our growing international presence. Very disappointed with the service and…

Very disappointed with the service and return process.
The items look nice on the website, but the return process is extremely exhausting and poorly organized. To return an item, I had to go through multiple emails, confirmations, photo proofs, and complicated instructions. It honestly feels like the process is made intentionally difficult to discourage returns.

This is the first online store I've encountered with such a disrespectful attitude toward the customer's time. It's a shame, because the selection is interesting, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

I recently purchased from this website and took the time to leave an honest review about my experience. While my review was fair and constructive (with photos), it never appeared on their site. It’s frustrating and disappointing when companies only allow glowing reviews and filter out anything that might not be 5 stars. Janice Floral Printed Strapless Maxi Dress: The fabric quality was extremely poor—so thin that it reminded me of a luggage cover I once bought on Tem*, actually even thinner. The stitching looked like a quick repair job, not something new. It felt cheap and unwearable.

Beata Printed Strap Midi Dress: This one is ok but was also very thin and almost see-through, especially in sunlight. I can’t imagine wearing it outdoors without layering something underneath. Definitely not what I expected based on the photos.

Janice Floral Printed Strapless Maxi Dress: This was the best of the three, as the fabric was of better quality. However, the fit was off—it was far too big and way too long, even with heels on.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend these dresses unless there are significant improvements in fabric quality and sizing. I wanted to love them, but sadly, they didn’t meet expectations.
