Ordered a picnic blanket. Nothing received and no response despite reaching out across multiple channels. Very disappointed and no sign of how to get my payment back

Great product - love it so much this is the second one we’ve bought!

I did not receive my items.

No bag received

I have been chasing Sundrift for over a month via emails, instagram messages and even completing the form on the websites contact us page. I have not received my order and no one is getting back to me. I have lost a lot of money over this and will need to purchase my item else where.

I would not recommend purchasing any items from them. The lack of customer service is disgraceful

No update on shipping despite several attempts to get any response. No way to contact anyone in the company. Be wary.

Edit: items did eventually show up but don't expect delivery updates, a response from customer service at any point or your order to arrive on time.

Fast delivery, purchased rucksack for daughter she is over the moon

I ordered the bag before leaving for a trip. I realized it was smaller than I needed, and tried to return bag quickly, especially as I was would be gone during 30 day return period. I still haven't heard from customer service despite repeated emails.
That being said, it is an excellent choice! I used it as beach bag. Being able to access my gear from top, middle or bottom made everything easier. The pockets throughout make organizing simple. I could load it up and carry it easily; the structure is great. Really really love the bag, just be aware it may be tricky to return.

I've ordered a backpack for my daughter as a Christmas present, as it has not arrived until after Christmas I've refused the delivery.
The parcel tracking shows that it has been returned to them over a month ago.
I've emailed them 3 times asking for refund.
I still haven't see the refund or a reply to my emails

I bought a dryrobe from this company for my wife. She used it a handful of time up to the summer when the main zip failed. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via their online form and Instagram but not response so far. I'm not sure if the business is still active or not but the lack of engagement is quite disappointing.

I'm really happy with my new backpack. The cool design, the features etc. etc. It fits beautifully in the Swiss Alps :)

One star less because some straps (especially those on the shoulder-pads) are getting loose very fast by themself and I had to adjust them often..

Ordered a picnic blanket and water bottle. Picnic blanket is fab but the water bottle I received was not what I ordered. Trying to get through to customer service is appalling. I’ve sent 4 emails and 2 dms on Instagram and no reply. Very disappointed as needed water bottle for holiday ☹️

So happy with my mogotio backpack. The quality seems great, I love that it is made of recycled plastic bottles and I'm so happy to have found a colourful backpack to go with the rest of my clothes. I'm also a plant girl so the cactus design is right down my alley.
I can't wait to start using it for my travels next year.

Amazing product, just as described and such a well thought out and beautiful design. The dispatch was super quick and it only took about 3 days for my backpack to arrive (I'm in the UK). Really impressed, also there weren't any customs fees which I wasn't sure about!

So happy with my Sundrift backpack. I ordered it last minute before a trip to the Camino de Santiago, and the team at Sundrift were extremely accommodating in sending my backpack express so that it arrived on time. It was perfect and extremely comfortable despite carrying it long distance.

I love the print, the design and everything. But I opposite to my professional backpack with the same liters of storage it looks way smaller. Also the quality of the zippers looks less professional. Buuuut it's very easy to use and this colors 😍🤗 I love it.

I bought the picnic blanket after finding it hard to find one made from recycled or eco friendly materials. At first I felt that the price was a bit steep but after using it a while now, it's worth every cent. Excellently made, easy to clean and great size....I feel like this will last a life time and I am delighted with it!
