The item is out of everything I wanted. Huge and heavy. The customer service is awful. The return policy is terrible! You have to pay all and you dont get any money back, just credit for the store. Dont recommend at all!

Awful customer service who are not concerned with their customers or building good relationships. Their refund policy is not clearly stated and works against the customer. The shipping charges and return shipping charges are steep. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had

I ordered the very expensive large mesh bag & mesh insert on 9 August 2024 & am yet to receive it & it’s 1 September 2024 (that’s 23 days). I have reached out to Sunday Supply Co. & had communication but still nothing to advise when I will receive my order. Their website states to allow 3 - 5 working days for shipping delivery to east coast metro Australia. The communication I have had via email described to me that it is being shipped to me from overseas like this which doesn’t actually make sense to me:
“*Some items are shipped from our Sydney AU warehouse and incur international shipping charges. These items will be indicated as Shipping From Australia on product or at checkout. Rates for international shipping will be provided at checkout.”

I ordered the items for a holiday & have simply requested a date when they will arrive but so far they are just checking! I now have a tracking number but it is sitting at ‘ready to ship’.

Reading the reviews above does not fill me with confidence about receiving the order/ refund or if I do the quality upon arrival.

Be warned, the pretty website isn’t backed up by timely delivery or accurate communication.

This company barely lifts a finger to help customers. My requests for assistance with my order were ignored until I mentioned Trading Standards.
They appear to have many things in place to make it seemingly impossible to get a refund, which in itself is highly questionable legally, just check the govt website for laws on rights to refunds without needing to give a reason, we are entitled to 14 days unquestioned refund.

Sunday supply don't appear to honour the law. Advice, don't click 'changed my mind' click ' other reason' and remember by law you don't even have to give a reason.
After that if they can be bothered to reply they will give you a U.S address to return to paid by you and tracked only, they then only offer a gift voucher, which is not legal.

This company clearly demonstrated to me that it had no interest in customer experience or rights, just my money which they appeared unprepared to part with once it was in its sweaty palms.
Forget that BS marketing that they are a modern young and cool company, they are quite the opposite and seem fully immersed in the archaic model of capitalist patriachal culture.

Be warned

This product was so expensive, and I was initially delighted with it, but one of the chairs broke within 6 months. They honoured their warranty in that they were willing to collect it, but only offered a gift card or a refund, rather than a replacement. I think this is poor, considering how expensive the product is. To replace it, I will have to re-buy at a higher price and pay postage. I won't be replacing, but will look elsewhere for a replacement chair.

Poor customer service, order is lost and hasnt turned up. I have emailed them, I have messaged them on Instagram and live chat and no response on either platform. No phone number to call them on to resolve. Not sure how they can run a business without any customer service.

I bought a beach towel from Sunday Supply and I was so happy at first, because its beautiful. But after 1 wash, half of the tassels become undone and is now tangles mess. For that kind of money it looks horrible now.
Also I send one of the towels I purchased back and I still did not get a refund or anything. They processes return on 23/10/2023.

We have had several Sunday products and always love them! They are also very prompt with answering emails and responding to inquiries.
