Easy to order what I required
Easy to order what I required. Did have a problem that only one case was received.
Contacted the Company and was advised that the 2nd case would be sent. It arrived today.
Thank you.

My sunglasses feel really well made and look fab!
Really wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing online. They are out of stock and so far, despite multiple emails and messages on social media, I have not been able to cancel my order and get a refund. This is the first time I have ever had such a poor ecommerce experience. Do not buy online from this company !
I purchased some sunglasses 2months ago and have been chasing a refund since then. One email back stating they could not send back via Paypal, now tried on many platforms and no response. They have 140.00 still. Do not recommend
urchased a product two weeks ago and paid extra for next-day delivery, but I still haven’t received it. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company via email, I haven’t received a single response. There’s no phone number to call, and I’m left with no product and no refund.
For such an expensive item, I expected much better service. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver what was promised is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble—don’t buy from here.
I bought a pair for my girlfriend's birthday (was in a hurry), delivered the next day. She absolutely adore them. I will definitely order more for my family and friends.

Bought a pair of beautiful pair of sunglasses online and they arrived the next day.
Couldn't be happier as I got so many compliments on my trip to south of France.
Will be buying in the future too, so many cool frames.

I was really excited to purchase from Sunday somewhere as I’ve been waiting over 2 years for the ubud crystal to come back into stock. When I received the Black Friday email I went to purchase and the discount wasn’t calculating at checkout. I spent over a hour using multiple devices and then gave up and after 4 hours it finally worked. I received an email from them later that night saying it did work but by that time it was working.
Then when I went to purchase the buy now pay later options were appearing at checkout but the Afterpay logo was on for clear pay, Klarna and Afterpay and wouldn’t let me use them due to “a technical error”. The customer service team informed me they were switched off at this time.
Whilst I understand that you don’t want to pay the merchant service fee for Klarna or Afterpay i can only imagine that it would be no more than 6% cost to Sunday somewhere. I could see these options as payment providers so I felt disappointed and it seemed as though the brand was dishonest in their approach. It would have been a better value proposition to have 20% off and be able to use BNPL rather than 25% off with no BNPL. As a customer I had made my mind up prior to shop this range, and to checkout with one my BNPL providers and then to see it and not be able to use it was even more annoying. Very frustrating that I had to follow this up from my side which was something that it should have said in the T&C’s but instead left me investigating on my own time and reporting the issue.
My overall experience shopping with Sunday somewhere was probably the worst experience I have had shopping online to date. I had to follow up two issues separately and wasted my time and it’s something that should have been checked prior to going live but instead I had to waste my own time, in order to buy from them.
Someone clearly didn’t take the extra time to check these things and if I hadn’t waited 2 years for this model to come back into stock I would have just abandoned cart.
The only good experience i had was with shipping because it arrived to Australia from London in less than a week but that was fedex.
