It’s all a scam! The material and quality of clothes is nothing like the pictures!

I want a refund and they are unable to process this!

Absolutely disgusting customer service and all the take if your money.

Terrible quality item, that’s nothing like the pictures displayed on website in terms of sizing, material, quality, shape etc. really do not buy from here ha!

Didn’t realise it was a Chinese company, poor quality and sizing was tiny. And the only was to return is pay postage to China

As all other reviewers have said, this is a scam. The top is absolutely tiny in size, like for a child. Horrendous cheap quality. Website fails to say the return address is in China! Customer service is slow, and questioned my reason for a return and asked for photos and videos even though I stated it was too small. Clearly doesn’t ever want anybody to get a refund. The top doesn’t look anything like the picture online and on Pinterest.

Total scam. A drop shipping website that send you poor quality nonsense from China. Requested a refund but based on reviews below, I ain’t hopeful. Will keep trying though. Will be reporting to Pinterest as they’re advertising a scam website.

100% scam. Blouse weeks to arrive. Was unbelievably different from site photos in size (armpit length vs hip length), colour and terrible quality. Returns process vague and proving to be nonexistent. They seem to deliberately delay so you exceed the consumer rights 14 day window. DO NOT BUT THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED. I am reporting them to Pinterest.

It’s a scam!! Takes months to come and when it does it looks N O T H I N G like the picture. I ordered a leopard print top in a small…. It would fit a 10 year old. I’m fuming. Customer service is non existent and no returns either. DO NOT BUY

So I stupidly bought a pink jumper from this company (if you can call it that)
I stupidly didn’t check any reviews before I bought it. But after it didn’t turn up for over 3 weeks I checked reviews. All were terrible!! I contacted them saying that I wanted to cancel my order before it had been shipped and wanted my money back. Of which my request was completely ignored!! They just kept saying “it’s on its way” this went on for another couple of weeks with me getting increasingly angrier. But they wouldn’t cancel my order!!!
I have just received said item….WHAT A PILE OF c**p it is!!! Don’t buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!

Pinterest needs to ban them from advertising! First, the dress took forever, and when it did arrive, it was made from terrible quality - really cheap and poorly stitched. It looked completely different from the photos on the website. Quality was not as advertised. I tried returning the dress on my own, since they would not provide me with a shipping label. When I tried to go to the post office to return; they tried charging me $200+ for overseas shipping to China, more than FOUR TIMES of what the dress originally cost. Sunday Affairs advertises “easy” 14-day shipping but it’s a lie. Their customer service is not responsive and don’t care about you. After I followed up, they went dark on me. Be WARNED. Do not order from this deceptive company that advertises nice dresses on Pinterest, just to receive the cheap Shein version.

Shocking service from this company after ordering a dress advertised on Pinterest. It arrived in a different fabric type ,pattern and style so I emailed immediately. I received a response telling me that if I could provide photographic evidence of the wrong order then they would send not a refund but a replacement plus I would not have to return the item. They then denied this, despite me providing the email evidence that I still have. After emailing back and forth they sent me a dress of different material and style again, not the one advertised on Pinterest. I questioned how they were able to send two items for the cost of one. I feel foolish for purchasing from this ridiculous fraudulent company and urge everyone to boycott it. I will be donating both horrible dresses to charity.

The dress arrived and it was terrible quality - really cheap and poorly stitched. I emailed to return (following the process detailed on the website) and the person tried everything to avoid me returning - offering to send me a new size free of charge and asking me to send pictures showing what I wasn't happy with.
Eventually, they agreed I could return but that I have to post it myself back to their warehouse in CHINA! They say this is in their Ts and Cs but it is NOT in their returns and refunds policy - which is therefore misleading and terrible. I WISH I'd read the reviews on here before buying - so disappointing as I'm stuck with an awful dress now as the shipping costs back to China will cost more than the dress itself I'm sure!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Took forever for jacket to arrive and the it looks completely different to the photos on the website.
When I emailed to get return details from them they responded saying due to consumer law my jacket hadn’t been returned on time and they were sending it back to me?? I never got given a delivery address to send it in the first place.
I have since emailed twice and they’ve never responded to me since.

Pinterest needs to ban them from advertising! Absolutely awful experience and didn’t even have the support of PayPal even though i chose that method of pay hoping to be protected if on the off chance they weren’t legitimate. To
Add insult to injury I was charged twice for an item, both items came a few weeks later and they were appalling. I really wish I had read reviews first. Avoid!!

Do not order from this scam website. I made my fist purchase via Pinterest post (never again) that led me to their website. What arrived from China, two and a half weeks later was not what I ordered. I ordered a quilted, cotton jacket from brand Maeve, which I know well, what arrived was a cheaply made synthetic copy with no labels. Awful, awful experience. I emailed them to share my dissatisfaction with the product- they responded without addressing any of my points re: the fabric, lack of labels and overall terrible quality of the product. Instead, they only outlined the return procedure. I won’t bother with the return as it takes weeks and the postage fee to China is £17. Wherever I would see my money back, who knows. I will not spend any more on this unfortunate experience.I will follow advice of others here and report them to other relevant bodies. I wish I found those reviews earlier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you don’t want to waste your cash!! I ordered a dress in September still haven’t received it. They are very good at responding to your questions because they’re clever and know that it gives the customer hope ! Unfortunately I didn’t read their reviews. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund and was told they can’t find my address; I live on a small estate and have regular deliveries from couriers with no problems. I believe that this co is a scam.

Wish I had read these reviews before I parted with my cash. What a rip off the dress was nothing like the one advertised. It was ill fitting, supposed to khaki it was orange and really poor quality. I was told if I returned it to China it would be at my own expense…it’s just cost me £15.45 ! Give these people a wide berth

I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought a dress from this company. The dress looks nothing like the one they advertise on Pinterest, poor quality and faulty, contacted Sunday Affairs for a refund they offered to send another dress, then 25% refund when I refused both they said I need to return the garment to get a full refund but I have to pay postage to China which will cost me a half of the price of the dress , absolutely disgraceful don't buy anything from this company.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I bought from this company. They are a total rip off. I ordered what I thought were going to be Judy blue joggers but they looked nothing like the actual Judy blue and they had no stretch and were 2-3 sizes too small. Complete rip off. And I refuse to pay for return shipping

I keep seeing clothes that I really love. Then check on trustpilot and find they are all scams.
Have checked at least 6 or 7 all different names.
Why can't they make and sell the actual items they're advertising and if they cost more to produce then so be it.
So fed up with all this rubbish!

I total scum , the goods are not at all as advertised, five sizes smaller and those thieves do not want to give you a refund.
Please, all of us contact the Suffolk Trading Standards and Citizen Advise .
We shouldn’t give a penny to these scummers.
