Horrible customer service & refund policy

Ordered a jacket that was too big, tried to return it, the return got denied for having pet hair on it (annoying but understandable). Their policy states they can ship the non-refundable item back to you, so i took that option. They ghosted and never sent it, just kept my money. Ignored multiple emails and attempts to get it back.
