The first bottle didn't show results right away, but by week three something shifted. My skin texture improved and the fine lines around my eyes softened. Six months in and I'm a regular customer now... See more

Total waste of money…I took a selfie when I started using, took another one month later…absolutely no difference…obviously a scam

I purchased 3 containers of skin salt, I thought it would as my skin is dry and flaky, I took it every day and my skin is still flakey but I didn't try to get a refund. Over a month passed a finished the last container and all of a sudden, today they tried to charge my bank, I did not sign up for a subscription and I haven't gotten anymore product so why are they charging me? I haven't got a response as yet.

SunCoast is nothing more than a SCAM/SPAM company. I ordered 1 month supply of the DHT hair growth product. Which took diligent "NO" answers on the website. Beyond their repeated attempts to order 3-6 months of the product, that cost $50 per bottle. It took forever to get the ordered product delivered, after the order was accepted. Upon delivery, I took the pill as directed, for 30 days, and found no improvement for the sheding or fallout of my hair. This company is a SCAM! Don't order anthing from them.

When I purchased the products I decided to order a 12 month supply, due to expected "supply chain shortages" and "small batch production". I received the products and used them faithfully day and night. The cleanser had a slight burning sensation. But in 2 months of product use, I see no discernable difference with my complexion.
In addtion to already having a 12 month supply, I did not realize I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription so additional product was being sent.
When I called to request a return I was "firmly" told I am responsible to pay for shipping for unused and used bottles. So I encur a higher penalty for return expense due to the extra product received via subscription.
Customer service was not 5 star, either. No compassion about having tried it and not working for me. I spoke to her in July.
Today, August 12th, I went into the website to print out return authorization and noted she did not arrange for ALL my product to be returned.

I have been using it morning and night and notice no visible results after over a month. A total waste of time and money. Wish I would have read all the reviews before ordering any of it.

This company engages in affiliate marketing that is nothing less than spamming. If their product was any good then they wouldn't have to resort to this sort of annoying tactic.

Love it!! Its a good product, tightens my skin and it feels smooth...
I complained about receiving products from SCS that I didn't order. I was not on the automatic shipment plan. The unordered products were a variety of items I would never have ordered. I was getting charged thru my credit card that was on file with SCS. I discontinued that card but SCS continued to ship to me with the expired CC. I called my bank and asked their Security Division to look into how SCS could continue to charge my account. They called SCS directly and suddenly the shipments stopped and a credit of more than $500 showed up in my account . Meanwhile that amount was only a portion of what was charged. I contacted SCS directly and was directed to at least 5 people who worked for their "Happiness Team." All of them told me how to return the products and get a full refund. That was 45 days ago. I returned 27 unopened, untouched products. I paid the shipping. Still no refund. Today I learned I am BLACK LISTED by SCS and banned from ordering from them ever again. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM SCS. I think they prey on older women who want to look younger and be thin. Who doesn't? Black Listed!!! Because I called their bluff and complained to be able to stop them from continuing to charge my bank card. So much for free returns for 365 days.
.
Purchased many bottles of Derma Bright for dark spots. I have completed 2 bottles and absolutely no difference after applying twice a day for almost 2 months. Expensive lesson that did not work as the purchase is made in U.S. dollars and I live in Canada.

If only I'd read the reviews on Trust Pilot before getting drawn in to their sales pitch. I'd like to know how these people sleep at night.
Used their Dark spot diminisher for a month and absolutely no difference. I've emailed someone called Lori who is their Head of Customer Happiness!!!! (That's a joke to start with) requesting a refund so will see what the outcome is.
One more comment. This serum is available on EBy at a fraction of the price I paid. That says it all really.
UPDATE
Had to send back the unopened bottles and the empty that I'd used.
Sent them the tracking details etc and the next day I got a refund notice through from PP. So I'll give them more stars for their customer service.
The customer service representative would NOT verify that they have charged me $124.02 more than the total billed $117.00.
Paypal even tried reaching out to them but nothing- NO reply!
I even sent a screenshot of my credit card transaction details.
I bought the serum that was advertised as doing everything for aging skin. I got three bottles and am on the second one. Nothing has changed on my skin. I have been watching a long scamming ad for Sun Coast Science's Derma Bright MD and wondered if the ingredients they say are used are in fact in the product. Thank you Trust Pilot - I've now found out that this company is one big con.

Sadly, I had to give it a one, to write my review. Ordered Total Package Serum and after using the entire package, morning and night, I didn’t see one ounce of improvement. The advertising is a marketing scam and the product is nothing but rubbish. Please check reviews on all sites before making the same mistake as myself.

Stay away from this company. The ordering method keeps insisting you buy more products but gives no opportunity to review the order. You're just stuck.

ReActive made by Sun Coat Sciences is a fraud. So many promises of how your wrinkles are treated from within and BTW you will need 6 months worth of product. I have been taking this product for over 3 months and have not seen one bit of improvement. Totally worthless.

I went to order a bottle of Derma bright MD and it told me I hadn't finished buying. It then went to charge me for 3 bottles. I didn't go through with the sale, but it still took out 1 bottle purchase. I thought I would try it and see. I can honestly say that my dark spots got worse after using it for a month. I then went to get a refund as per their guarantee, only to be told I had to go into a website . Sadly, this website is non existing. Surprise! Surprise!!
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
It's a scam.

Unbelievably bad! I was trying to order one small bottle of the serum (what a gullible sucker I am!) The website kept telling me I was not finished and didn’t I want to buy two more bottles for this low price, then didn’t I want to buy six more bottles at this incredibly low price…. I ended up leaving the website, horrified, after not ordering anything.
I noticed the next time I looked at my bank online that they had charged me for three bottles of serum. Apologetic emails arrived stating that they were so deluged with orders that they were temporarily out of product. I kept writing Sun Coast back, stating that I had NEVER ordered anything, but had been charged for 3 bottles, and that I wanted nothing but my money back. They did finally refund my money. (I had paid with PayPal. I do highly recommend PayPal, as they actually provide some help against fraudsters!) Then the product arrived a week or so after my refund. I returned it. Horrible company. Beware!

I think this whole set up might be a scam....
24 Jan 2025 - Order made after a very long sales pitch on Facebook - when will I learn....
24 Jan - email with purchase receipt PLUS a request to buy more stuff
25, 26, 27 and 29 Jan - emails asking me to buy more stuff
29 Jan - email saying there was “slight delay” on getting stock
30 Jan & 1 Feb - emails asking me to buy more stuff
5 Feb - YET ANOTHER email asking me to buy more stuff and saying "I just got word our manufacturing team put finishing touches on our latest batch… and they’re expected to get it out the door shortly. I’ll email you the moment your order is scheduled for delivery.” (N.B. This was after it had supposedly been shipped according to the emails below)
10 Feb - YET ANOTHER email asking me to buy more stuff
12 Feb - Beth from "Customer Happiness" wrote to me with a further email saying there was a slight delay and stock would be in within the next few days. I replied to this saying to cancel the order
12 Feb - Micah from the Customer Happiness Team wrote to me saying it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been shipped on 4th Feb and gave me a tracking number that I must presume was a dummy number as I’ve since been told it hasn’t been sent at all due to a delay in getting stock PLUS the tracking number has never update its status in over 2 weeks
12 Feb - I replied to Micah as follows "If it was shipped on 4th February, why am I still getting emails, almost every day AND including today, saying there is a delay in getting stock?? Each email then somehow expects me to buy more when your company hasn’t managed to ship my first order.” I was also offered a discount to buy more - i.e. to send even more money to a company that appears to be incapable of fulfilling an order at all and refuses to cancel when asked to do so.
12 Feb - I also had an email from Lori of Customer Happiness suggesting I use the Self Service Portal to view my order status, cancel or return or even TO BUY MORE!!! I had looked at the portal, it too claims it has been shipped though it says on 3rd Feb (i.e. yet more conflicting information) and the status and tracking hasn’t moved since!! Moreover, I was not able to Cancel the order on the portal.
14 Feb - an email this time from Cybel saying "Please rest assured that your order was successfully shipped on February 4th and is currently in transit to the UK. Once it clears customs, the tracking system will generate an estimated delivery date, and you should receive updated tracking details accordingly."
15 Feb - TWO emails asking me to buy more stuff
16, 17, 18 & 19 Feb - more emails asking me to buy more stuff
19 Feb - new email from Beth saying "Our manufacturers just called to say their latest shipment of Total Package Serum - Two Bottles to our warehouse has been delayed” PLUS you are also suggesting I might want to buy more stuff!!
I have again asked them to CANCEL the whole thing.
Why is such a company allowed to operate!! Don't the same rules on Distance Selling apply to them?

I placed an order for the total package serum. I was constantly asked during the order process to order more for a more discounted price. I declined. The website is persistent, many clicks to arrive at the "place order" page. Their sales pitch stated the product is in such high demand and encouraged buying more, because at a later date I might not be able to have order refilled. I received an email the same day I ordered stating my order was processing and would be shipped soon. In the following days I received emails letting me know they were out of stock and would let me know when order would be fulfilled. They were trying to up sale me on a back ordered product. Order arrived. Too soon to report on any results. Fast forward - I received my order and am truly disappointed in the serum. Skin feels dry after applying. Product leaves flaky crusty layer on skin, and yes I am following the instructions, applying to a freshly cleansed face. When will I learn! This company and many others prey on the aging woman.
Recently, I ordered a product from Sun Coast Services & received a lovely email from Beth, one of their sales reps thanking me for my business & apologizing for a delay in shipping & offering me a discount on my next purchase. I replied my thanking her for my discount & for not being a high pressure sales rep & to let her know the delay was not a prob & that I was looking forward to applying it to one of her product suggestions asap. Now, get this! I then received another email informing me that a sales reps would be contacting me asap to help me place an order to which I had to promptly reply w/ another email asking her & all other sales reps to please don’t contact me, but let me contact them or their grade earned of an A+, gold ⭐️, smiley 😊 face would turn into a big fat F on my Trustpilot review. So far, so good unlike Grounded Footwear!!
