Really great organization of our vacation in Val de Lobo. The Villa was perfect and the support of sunbound villa during our stay was incredible. We yearly came to Algarve and had much experience with other companies but sunbound villas is really the best since now. Great job dear Sunbound Team.

We booked our holiday way before Covid and then cancelled as we didn't think we would be able to travel due to govt guidelines. When I cancelled I was immediately offered to move my booking to next year which I was very grateful for. You went above and beyond for us. We love that part of the Algarve and can't wait to get back.

Fantastic experience booking with Sunbound. Very last minute thing for us with air bridge just being opened. Contact with everyone was superb from Emily who sorted out the booking in about 5 minutes flat and then being handed over to the team in Portugal where Monica and Maria looked after us brilliantly. We booked and arrived on the same day - villa was spotless and the couple of things we required during our stay (pool heating and help with lighting) were sorted immediately. You guys were also superb with giving us a very late check out with minimal notice and making the whole process really enjoyable. Will definitely be booking with you guys again next year - assuming we are allowed to travel anywhere! Thank you!

I found Sunbound Villas to be exceptionally professional and helpful all the way through. Ours was quite a last minute booking and I had never stayed in this particular area before so I had lots of queries which were always responded to patiently and promptly. I would absolutely recommend.

Threw out the hole stay there where some less positive points that kept popping, sucks as the pool wasn’t clean when we arrived, one of the ac wasn’t working, the bed size (length ) was not the best for some of our family member. The cleaning staff could not have been more helpful, working every day to keep the house in pristine condition.

The booking experience was efficient and the team were helpful and accurate with their advice. The villa was in line with the description and all of our expectations were met. A good, reliable service.

We rented a house for two weeks in March 2020. The house was great and as described on the sunbound website. Marta was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay.

In our case we cut our two weeks in March 2020 short to one week due to the state of emergency in Portugal at the time and due to advice from the German embassy. After long discussion after getting home we were able to make a deal to spend our second (prepaid) week in March 2021. Refund was refused by the owner of the house.

I find it confusing that according to the rental contract, you rent from the owner, not from sundbound who is only a marketing agency. However the owner is not disclosed and the contract is actually with sunbound. The house had to be prepaid to a third party (neither sunbound nor the owner). So when something unexpected happens as in our case, you can have difficulty with whom you deal with. I suggest more transparency re the involved stakeholders.

Other than that our experience was good.

I still knew the surounds very well, and that’s why I choosed that house.
Even so I was afraid of dealing with an agency I didn’t know till then.
But everything went very, very well. I made lots and lots of question and I got all the answers I needed, and very quicky.
All the process was very good and Marta from the algarve sunbounds is a good professional and had lots of patient answering all my question on time.
I liked the house very much. It has almost everything people needs for a relaxing holidays. It’s confortable and pleasant as shown on photos. Check-in and check-out in perfection. Good location with a car, of course ...
The receipt with my tributary number came imediatly.
For sure one of the best agency I dealed with in My vacacional time for the past 20 years.
