Terrible product and service. We received incorrect items, item not at all like the pictures and tried to return them new and unused. We reached out to them the same day we received them. They keep going back n forth offering discounts to keep the merchandise but we keep telling them we have no use for these incorrect and defective items and just want to return/refund. We keep getting the run around. This has been going on for weeks almost a month now. Now they said they don’t provide return label when they’re site clearly states they handle the return ship costs if the return is their error which in this case it is. Stay away from this company. You can not believe anything their site lists and says. Their policies are made up garbage that they will not apply themselves to.
If I could put zero stars I would. Ordered my kids halloween costume on october 1st. It didn't even ship until October 14th. Now it is October 26th and still no costume. I've reached out to the company 3 times and keep getting the exact same copied text response email. The worst company to order from, and now my kid will have no costume for Halloween.
I am so disappointed!!! They are NO GOOD AT ALL!!! I have had my 7yr old Grandbaby checking the mail everyday for almost a month and we STILL HAVE NOT GOT OUR PACKAGE! I have also emailed them and get no response! Don’t trust this site or business because they will certainly fail in the end.
Placed an order for an in stock item of October 4. Paid for upgraded 3-5 day shipping. It is now October 24 and I still do not have the item, nor has it shipped (no tracking info). I have contacted the company multiple times, but they keep saying item has shipped and they send me a link to tracking (which says a label was created, but no further shipping info). Total scam....
Order costume for Haloween in begining of October. They said 5-8 days shipment. 18 days later, it still didnt arrive. Their excuse is that it was out of stock during the order.
I would never order it if its out of stock.
And they refuse to take responsibility.

They said they are sending the right one. 1 week later a new email says sorry refund you 20% to keep it or they will send the right size but not until they recieve the wrong one back in 3 freaking days. No instructions...I'm not paying to return your wrongly sent item. Do not order from these people!!!!
Cheap products and very sketchy returns. They say you can return within 30 days but when you contact them to start a return they give you the run-around. They first offered me 10% refund to keep the product, which is $2.50. I requested just to return for a refund and then they offered me 50% to keep the item. When I for a 3rd time requested the refund/return they told me to return it within 5 days. That’s not what the return policy states. Just don’t buy from them. Not worth it at all.

Absolute terrible experience. Got sent the wrong size and even though their policy states they will provide return shipping if they make a mistake, they did not honour it. Used weaponised incompetence and were awful to deal with. Terrible quality for the prices paid. Please do not buy from them and save yourself the trouble.

I should have read the reviews too. Ordered a costume for my son’s book week costume and paid additional postage for express shipping within 2-5 days. Day 5 and my item has not arrived. I reached out to Sunbaby and requested a refund as the tracking number they supplied is not recognised. They advised me that I have to wait to receive the item before they can apply for a shipping credit. If/when it arrives it will be useless as the event we ordered it for will have passed. Very dissatisfied customer here
I ignored the reviews and made a pretty dumb mistake buying a dress from this company. Don't do it to yourself. They don't provide return labels and they won't refund you the full amount.
I ordered this set with a hat and the hat came with a hole in the front. I reached out asking for a label to return the item for a refund. Their return policy states if the issue is their fault they bear the cost of return shipping. They tried to first haggle how much of a refund I would get (starting at 50%) and now will not provide a label. I’m having to do a charge back with my AMEX. There are so many great costume suppliers do NOT buy from them because if you run into issues you’re screwed. Their site says they’re based in Cali but they 100% ship and operate their customer serviced from China.
Horrible quality for insanely high prices. The costume I got felt like tissue paper and looked nothing like the photo, all the detailing was peeling off stickers and the fabric was horrible. The store didn’t reply to me for over a week when I tried making a return and I had to file a claim with PayPal before I got a response back. Then they made me pay for shipping to send the items to a residential address in Florida, and I’m still waiting for a refund three days after the package was delivered.
Purchased 6 flowergirl dresses. Merchant sent 6 dresses, but NOT the dresses I ordered. Photo of dresses I ordered looks nothing like the dresses I received. Merchant must think I’m blind???

Purchased a Halloween costume on Amazon on 9/9/2022. Paid through PayPal. I got a text right away from PayPal saying I paid X dollars to: and the rest was in Chinese. Five minutes later, the text disappeared, along with my order on Amazon, but money was paid. Amazon can't track with no order number. Still hoping PayPal will reimburse.
