I wouldn't even give it a 1*. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise and sell false goods. The amount i paid for a piece of cardboard is disgusting. And packaging on the product was already open.

Why didn't I read the reviews first?! I can kick myself. The fairies are the worst things ever. Rigid little steel things with a metal cutout of a fairy. Ugly! The packaging was terrible. The "fairies" arrived, all flattened and damaged. $100.00 in the water.

Don't buy it -- It sure is pretty, but doesn't spin at all. Waste of money.

Boy, I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this
company. The review on their outdoor magical windmill
is spot on. Basically wasted $55.

This company practices the worst form of deception. They depict their products from angles that make them appear much larger than they are in real life. The magical windmill in the pictures looks like it is 6' tall and 2' wide. What I recieved in the mail months later was not even 2' tall and less than a 12" wide. absolutely useless to put in your yard. A teensy tiny little item that they charged $65 for. Also the package come with no return label so that if you forgot the name of the company you have no way to return. This company is the biggest sham going! STAY AWAY!

Still waiting on my face cream ordered 6 weeks ago.Not replied to my emails.Scam fraudsters who need investigation from trading standards of tax people or somebody.They have my money for nothing in be return surely this warrants investigation

Appalling repeated emails that take form of politeness that’s a veil of passive aggressive time wasting and inadequacy.The com.seems comfortable creating a wall ignoring consumer rights act 2015 offering no solution to delivery even after 8 weeks leaving a case open to my money being lost and then being ok with its theft. The U.K. needs law needs to get a backbone and stop telling people they won’t or can’t help, especially when the gov and shops push us towards online use

So glad I brought a Halloween mask from them one month later still nothing...don't go near this company they will take your money and you will get nothing in return.Ask when it's coming you get no reply from the company

Avoid this company, bad customer service!
The Kenetic Wind Spinner i bought took 4 weeks to arrive and looked nothing like the picture on there website, the product quality was shocking!
I paid to send it back, the parcel was a tracked and signed delivery but they have refused to accept it, so that says it all..
Ripping consumers off is there speciality, A very hard lesson learnt for me. I'm now £50+ out of pocket, & I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN..

What a crock! I keep emailing and they keep telling me it has been sent. When I try to track it, it says that product has not been delivered to be shipped! Stupid me!

Rubbish Product and Worst Customer Service I have Ever Experienced!
I ordered “So Called Great product”- Hair Clipper couple month ago. After a month of use, one fine morning, just turned on and clipper fall apart on the bathroom floor. One tiny Plastic part broke. When I wrote to their customer service, provided photographic evidence and request to refund or replacement, I spent lot of time back and forth email. They asked to provide copy of invoice-receipt of shipment etc. The reply was “I am pleased to greet you, we appreciate the trust. We could only offer a 10% discount” for useless metal-plastic piece of garbage. Because of this kind of online seller, people lose confidence to buy online any product.
It was my mistake to buy products from this supplier without going through an online review. I saw almost all reviews are negative and no response from the seller and that give me the sense that how thick-skinned are they.
Please..please do not buy anything from this seller any product.

I fell for Pinterest clickbait so guess this is my fault. Ordered 2 months ago, still no lipstick. Have asked for a refund.

This is the 1st negative review i have ever written which really goes against the grain. I ordered a camera lens from them unbeknown it was coming from China. That was fair enough but to find it was going to take 5 weeks and then a 2 week delay on the product was kind of taking the michael a little. When i contacted them all i got was appologies and please bare with us, i lost count how many times they sent me the tracking details as if they didn't believe that i hadn't received it. I let it go for another 2 weeks and explained that at this stage i had gone out to another company and bought a different lens due to the lack of commitment from this company, i requested a refund and was told it had been sent to the manager. 1 more week passed and i again had to contact them to find out what was taking so long. They replied with another mail from the courier saying they couldn't deliver the item and that it was being returned to them. At this point it should be straight cut......they have evidence that i didn't receive the item and i had already requested a refund 3 weeks prior. They then told me that i had to fill out the returns form with the product and that i was to send it back to them......once they receive both the item and the form back in their office then the refund will be issued. I'm not sure how they think this is going to happen given that i didn't receive the lens in the 1st place. I had to ask them to email me a returns form so i could return it by email, it was returned and yet again the response was that it was sent to the manager for review. I woke this morning to hear that the item has apparently been resent back to me again.....i clearly stated i wanted a refund. It has now been 2 months and 39 emails back and forth with no resolution or ownership from them. I really wish i had read the reviews before buying with them, it isn't about the money, it is simply about the lack of ownership and willingness to help from these companies who take your money and laugh at your face.

This company is a total rip off! I am trying to report them to all social media platforms as being a fraud and scam. Like many other reviews, THE PRODUCT THAT YOU THINK YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR IS NOT THE PRODUCT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE and if you complain to them, "the manager" will offer you a 35% refund and ask you if you want that. So, they are betting that you won't accept that offer and therefor, you are out the money. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE OR ANY ADS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!

Placed an order with these guys though an add that popped up in my mobile screen. Ordered some cosmetics for a total of 24.93€. The next day I get a message from Sunailoom informing me that my order had been cancelled. In parallel I get a message saying that my PayPal account had been partially refunded for 19.95€. After contacting Sunailoom, I am told that it was the manager decision to only refund partially the amount of my order. A complete ripoff!!! An order cancelled by them and I do not get all my money back?! Thank God I did not order for a higher amount! Do not buy through this company! You will be ripped off!

Älä osta. Tuote "giant rubber ball" ei vastaa kuvausta, maksat 30 euroa 30 sentin tavarasta joka on pelkkää roskaa ja menee heti rikki. Valituksen jälkeen sain toisen toimituksen joka oli samaa roskaa kuin ensimmäinenkin, Sunailoomin mainostamaa tuotetta tuskin on olemassakaan.

Don't buy. The product "Giant rubber ball" does not match the description, you pay 30 euros for 30 cents of goods that are just rubbish and will break immediately. After my complaint I received a second shipment and it was the same robbish, not what they advertize.

If I could put O I would. Thourouly dissappointed and scammed! $30.00 got me a small rubber balloon with a plastic straw! Broke right away. COULD NOT BLOW IT UP. VERY dissappointed children. I was suppose to receive a balloon that is full of water (of course you put that in) and it becomes huge "never breaks" The one I got looked like a dollar store item.
After a few emails they refunded me $10.00 I asked for the right one but I really doubt it exhists. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

BAIT & SWITCH & NO REFUND
Do not buy from this company. They do not have the products that they advertise on line and subsitute with cheep toys or junk, not even close to what you order.
It took 2 weeks for a responce from customer service. Then they only send the same message over & over---Asking if I want a 35% discount for a refund!
Never offer to ship the correct product, or a full refund or a prepaid return shipper---not my error, completley their fault. Over 11 emails & no answer or resolution other than discounting my refund--which they have not done!
They do not sell the products they show online, takes twice as long to receive your order, then they will not refund your money.
So far it appears to be a bait & switch.
