waiting 17 days for my item, A pair of jeans.....OMG they are not what was advertised, they are the poorest quality absolutely shocking!!! I am now in a battle with Visa to get my money back......I have tried emailing Support sun-scrub.co.uk over 10 times with no response!!! STAY AWAY....DO NOT BUY A ANYTHING FRPM THEM

Have we all noticed how the US reviews are all good and the UK ones are really bad ? Smells a bit doesn't it. Thanks again Trustpilot !

Please do not use this company , I order 2 bras beginning of December and still haven't arrived , all they kept sending me was a tracking number that didn't exist , how they expected me to track it when they couldn't is laughable , anyway requested a refund and was told that they could send me a new product but I would have to pay the postage and something towards the lost item , which I refused , I then requested a refund again and was told we will issue you a refund buy we will take off the postage for the lost item and something towards the lost item , so I gave up and said refund what's left and I ended up with 12.44 out of 22.00, so needless to say I will never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone else to

I would give this no stars if there was an option. Waiting 5 weeks and still didn’t receive my order. Advertising as an Ireland based company , but it’s from china. When I track my parcel - it says it’s sitting in Castlebar this last 10 days - which I highly doubt.
In my opinion- this is a scam and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Don't order from this company, you will loose your money if you need a refund! All a scam!!

Do not use this company. They are a bunch of thieving scumbags. I ordered a bra 36dd and they sent a 40e and now want me to keep the bra and give me £2 compensation. They keep saying they sent the correct order item and even though I provided them photo proof they did not, they are refusing to refund me the full amount. If I return it they expect me to pay for returning the item to China.

What the F&*k am I going to do with a 40e bra.

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans from this company and they only sent one. They have refused any sort of refund and insist they sent them all. Even the outer packaging wouldn’t have fit 3 in.
They have ripped me off so please be careful. Especially as they advertise that they are a uk company. It all comes from China so be prepared for a 3 week wait too.

Ordered goods on 8Nov24 but as of today 2Dec goods still not arrived.
Emailed customer service who replied saying they had raised a new order. Initial order dispatched from USA now new one from China!
Initial tracker state with partner delivery company in UK, when I asked customer service who was the carrier and what was expected date of delivery they did not provide information only raised another order . I suspect this is a scam.

Total scam website!! I bought a contour and blush set. What I received was noting like what I ordered. They would not let me send it back & offered me £3 as an apology, absolutly unacceptable. Don't waste your money!!

Avoid this company it’s a total scam. I ordered a beauty product which was not the same as seen in the ad.

Hadn’t received my order for a couple of weeks , messsaged them and within 5 mins I received a reply. After giving my concern I’ve heard nothing. Clearly ignoring me. I’d get a refund but font know how if their ignoring me

I would give 0 stars if I could. Clearly a scam website. Bought some jeans that don't fully match the photos but tried them on and too big, asked to return them, they offered me £2 and then £5. I've challenged them and even shown them their returned policy on their website and still nothing.
All I want it to return them and get my money back just like their Website promises.
So AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Avoid this company. Promised bifocal polarised reading glasses. I bought 2 pairs. What arrived was terrible quality, non bifocal plastic glasses that here in the UK you can buy in a pound shop. They refuse to accept the return and are offering £5 comp instead of the £15.99 refund.

Wife ordered a bra and Item arrived ,but totally wrong size. Stated it would cost us too much to return, so offered a 25 % refund, which is totally ludicrous. AVOID!!!!!!!

There should really be a rating for half a star!

I placed an order for an item with them. I was really excited about the item I'd ordered and could not wait to receive it. I ordered a size 40D/EE. Upon receipt of my order, they emailed me an acknowledgement in which the correctly stated the size I had ordered, i.e. 40D/EE.

They subsequently sent me a WRONG size - a size 44/100E - that's 4 whole sizes bigger than the size I had ordered!

When I brought this to their attention and requested a refund, they back-tracked, they LIED and they said that they had checked their records and could see that I had ordered a size 44/100E!
I sent them their own acknowledgement email showing the correct size and I honestly thought that would resolve the matter and I would be given a refund but NO! They insisted on sticking to the LIE, even in the face of CLEAR EVIDENCE! They later offered me £2 which I find ludicrous and wicked!

Sun-Scrub is clearly a rogue company set up to scam people of their hard-earned money. They should be avoided and reported!

I have screenshots to prove how fraudulent this scam company is!

If anyone knows any other steps or actions I can take to make them refund my money or bring them to book, then please share!

Items did arrive but poor quality, not as described but no address given for returns just a a refund of 25% offered.
Avoid!
