Bad app in general.

At first, I found the app to be good and the tools nice to use. However, it suddenly deleted all my content and won’t let me add anything to my account. When I access Sumopaint from the original webpage, I’m greeted with a sign-in screen. After signing in, it prompts me to sign in again, and this loop continues, leaving me stuck and unable to share anything. I’ve reported this issue to them multiple times, but it hasn’t been fixed. It’s very frustrating.

Avoid, avoid & avoid.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Do not sign up for a pro account as you will not be able to cancel it and they will continue to charge you! They do not answer emails either.
