People against Companies That Care less for their workers
Summit Start has proven countless times that they care nothing for the Childcare workers. The children are not the first on their priority list, money is. Example: They want to make more money, so they turn a 8hr shift into a 7hr 45 minutes. Loss of $1200 a year for the worker. They changed their minds and then reversed it after a month. Now they gave a 5% Raise (to show they care) and at the same time took that back by once again turning a 8hr shift into a 7hr 45 minutes. This cancels the raise out so they did nothing for the workers and proves what they think of them.
