SCAM!! AFTER CHASING SEVERAL TIMES OFFERED A 30% REFUND. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I'm feeling like a fool and robbed.
I was scammed by this company. I order boudoir from them and never got it. The tracking number says it was delivered to my mailbox and I never received it. I contacted them and they said it was delivered. Then they were very sorry for not receiving my package and they offer a refund of 30% and suggested to ask to my mail officer to full compensation. Which will never happen because the tracking number they provided does not work in my country national courier. When I conducted to say than never see a refund to my bank they told me :
Sorry to hear that you still not receive the refund.

We are sorry that you have waited so long but have not received the refund, we will verify the situation with the bank and will give you feedback as soon as possible, please wait patiently.

I was scammed by this company. I order a dresser from them and never got it. The tracking number says it was delivered to my mailbox (which is impossible, because it is a dresser and would never fit!). I contacted them and they said it was delivered. I asked to see a signature from the person who received it since was not me, and they offer a refund of 30% and suggested to ask to my mail officer to full compensation. Which will never happen because the tracking number they provided does not work in my country national courier.
Basically, I was scammed, just like the many other reviewers.

Wish I would of done more research. Im pretty keen on scams but they got my $40.00 and I got a very disappointed 10yr old on her birthday. tracking says delivered it was never delivered.

I on 22.09.2023, I placed an order no. 14505 and paid for, on 04.10.2023 the order appears as delivered, although I have not received anything. I write to them that I haven't received anything, they reply that it's impossible that they have the order delivered to the addressee and that maybe a neighbor, friend, etc. signed the receipt of the order for me, which is a big lie. With us, the courier does not under any circumstances leave the package with someone else unless he speaks on the phone with the owner of the order and he gives his consent for someone else to pick up the package in his place. He doesn't find you at home and you don't answer the phone, he don't leave anything with anyone and you get a message on the phone that you weren't home and he didn't leave the package, then you call the courier and decide with him how to get possession of the package .

Total SCAM, according to their tracking a Desk should be delivered to my "Mailbox"! Of course it never arrived and now they tell me I should claim the loss to my local post office, what a joke!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

They are cheaters they don’t send the product. They charged me three times instead once.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BUT I DIDNT A FEED POPPED ON MY FACEBOOK OFFERING A DRESSER I ORDERED AND EVEN PAID FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY THEN I GOT A TRACKING # FROM A CHINESE COMPANY AFTER A FEW DAYS IT SAID DELIVERED AND I GOT NOTHING I WENT TO POST OFFICE THEY SAID ITS NOT A REAL TRACKING # SO I YES I GOT SCAMED I EMAILED THEM COUPLE TIMES NOTHING GOT RESOLVED SO YES ITS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE AND COMPANY.

This place is a scam and internet has it written all over it!!! They "Charge" 4.99 for shipping but they didn't even take it out of the charge. Most places would take it out when you buy stuff. CALL your credit card/ bank to stop and make sure the merchants don't continue to charge. this place is a scammer no wonder it was cheap. had an autobot to respond. Its been almost a month and still nothing when they offer you a 5-7 day shipping, if they can't promise its a scam. Scammer !!

Bought two JBL Bluetooth speakers and they gave me a fake tracking number emailed them and they said product has shipped but with the same fake tracking numbers tried to get a full refund but they keep offering me a 30-50%. And not the full amount. Total Scam artist

Bought a speaker for about 20 quid , I've emailed then over about 6 weeks and they reply slowly but say the same text on the email just a different person's name , 7 to 15 days is what they say everytime

This site is a scam. Please don't lose your money, they will not send you what they claim to sell.

Absolute scam. Ordered a desk. Said it is inside the mailbox....f them

100% scam. Ordered an item from here 3 weeks ago and hasn't turned up, checked tracking and its been taken to an address abroad in oklahoma. Avoid this site it's a scam
