I visited Sule in 2022 for some dentist work as I required dental implant. On this visit I received a bone graft through them and was to return 6 months later to have the implant fitted. Fast forward 8 month later and the first problem I encountered was when I asked if I could book my own hotel as I wanted to stay closer to the tourist accommodation with bars, restaurants, shopping etc. I was advised that if I didn’t book the hotel package through them then I would need to make my own transport arrangements as they would not collect me at the airport and they gave me an inflated price of course.
The front of house staff are excellent, friendly and accommodating. The boss who takes the money is a gangster, horrible cold person that cares only about the money.
Long story short they made a complete mess of my implants, did not stitch the gum after the implant despite several requests and all they would say is that they had to cut away part of my gum as the implant was positioned wrong during the 1st visit for the bone graft and nothing that they could do. On returning home and visiting my local dentist and they called it a butcher job and that’s being kind they said. I now have to see a gun specialist to try save the implant and repair my gum.
