Great customer service
Great customer service, replied to my question within 24 hours. The underwear and swimwear is very good quality and it fits well, very true to size. Dispatch and delivery was also very quick. I’ll definitely buy again!

The company is wonderful
The company is phenomenal. I tried branching out and tried different designs of underwear than the Bubble thong that I love. They didn’t fit how I expected them to, and I was planning to chalk it up to a learning experience. Kingsley, however, went above and beyond in explaining the differences in design of the pairs I purchased and did way more than was needed to make me happy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their products are very high quality and their customer service is exemplary.

Delivery, design and price ok!
It took about 2 weeks to get this delivered from CA to EU mainland, in line with the indications on the website.
This is my first order with Sukrew since I am trying to find an alternative to my “usual” brand Andrew Christian which ceased to exist. My first impression: I like the design and colors. It provides a bit less space in the front than what I am used to, but still comfortable. Price is acceptable. I will consider Sukrew for future orders, so far it is the best alternative I found to AC.

I have brought several pairs of briefs…
I have brought several pairs of briefs and a couple of pairs of the swim briefs. I love this brand, particularly the swim briefs look and feel great.
I had a product issue with one of the swim briefs and sukrew were very quick to respond and sort out the issue. I’d like to see more colour options available. Although I have a couple of the bright colour pairs, I also like traditional colours.

Sukrew never disappoints
I’ve placed multiple orders at Sukrew because they have a unique design of jockstraps, thongs, and all things underwear. The pouches are big by design, so I personally always order a size down. If you order from inside the EU, it takes a bit of time to get there because of the customs procedures, but the underwear are worth the wait. Thank you!

Love Sukrew
Love Sukrew - where should I start? The designs are very sexy and comfortable. Try it and you know instantly what I mean. There is nothing out there that comes close to this mix- the fabrics, the cut, the colours. I love that each collection has its unique vibes. Customer service is fast and efficient. And as a customer from the good old EU I love that shipping is quick and that tax is included for orders under 150€. Try it, you won't regret it.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The quality is always amazing, they have an ever changing range, and it’s fantastic value for money. Never had any issues, so I can’t comment on customer service but the fact I’ve never had any problems should speak for itself.
