Stay away indeed. It’s been over a month since my order was placed. Haven’t received anything.
If I could give a negative 100 I would.
The swimsuits were made in china, torn on arrival, not worth the money spent at all!
Such a rip off and certainly not sydney swimmers!!! Completely joke!
Nothing like the images at all! And cheaply made!
Chinese company that took months to fulfill just part of an order, and then disputed my credit card claim for reimbursement. It's been 5 months and I am still trying to recoup all of the costs for no product.
Ordered first suite in August, not having done enough investigation -- comes from China, not Australia as ads would have one believe! Evidently, there was a manufacturing problem. Finally received the order in October. Truly garbage. Very uncomfortable materials. The cute, wide, front criss-cross straps cut into my skin; and the leg elastic was so tight it was ridiculous. And I'm a size 6, so a size 10 suite should be perfect. All other manufacturers' suits are.Was offered a free suit due to original delay. The code given didn't work at first. After reaching out, that was corrected. Ordered the replacement on 10/10. Today's 10/24, and the item has yet to ship. What a debacle! Stay away!!!
THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. If I could give ZERO stars I would. It took over 3 weeks to get the 2 swimming suits that cost me a total of $110 and they are the crappiest, worst made suits I’ve ever seen. They are not even worth $10. Loose threads, weird dimensions, no tags, and the worst quality imaginable. I’m reporting them to the BBB if I can’t get my money back in full. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not give them your money. You will be sorely disappointed.
As much as it embarrasses me, I’ve been had. I do my research really well on buying stuff from websites.
This one is clever. If and when customer service do reply, it feels like a professional business.
Except that it takes 4 + emails to get an answer because they don’t answer the question that was asked; they cannot or will not tell me where missing items are; products from China are sent back to Berlin.
I’m mid transaction with them. Missing items and wanting to send the cheap tat I HAVE received back.
I ordered 2 dresses and 3 sets of bracelets. It took a long time (3 weeks) to be dispatched. The tracking website is unclear and inaccurate. It’s not clear which company will be delivering the products. Emails from SUKISWIM tell you items are delivered and they aren’t. They ‘like their weekends’ What this means is they’re a Mon-Fri web based business. WTAF? This means you’ll be fighting all week to get them to respond but at least you’ll get the weekend off or to stew about their lack of service or poor products. :)
Just avoid!!! It’s not worth the hassle. This really is the old adage: if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. This is definitely the case here. It’s absolute rubbish.
I ordered the swimwear 7 weeks ago, it took 2 weeks to receive confirmation the order had been dispatched, then 5 weeks later i received an email saying the order had been delivered. I had not received it. So i clicked the tracking number in the email they had sent and it has been sent from China to the US and delivered to an address in Hollywood, Florida. I live in Australia and my Australian address is clearly listed on the order. So i hope some Hollywood star is enjoying getting around in my new swimwear. Suki Sydney brand themselves as Australian however clearly are not and are a total sham. Don't purchase anything from them.
Absolute crap. Don’t waste your money. My swimwear finally arrived after 3 weeks and they had responded to my email apologising for the delay which was fine. However the quality of the swimwear was disgusting- it had 2 holes in it, loose threads and just felt like cheap imported goods. Nowhere near the standard of swimwear we get from brands here. And because they charge in USD, they’ve processed the refund however have ended up losing near $10 for the conversion fees which they won’t compensate me for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
I ordered 17 days ago and haven't heard from them. There is no phone number to call and I haven't receievd a response to three emails I have sent trying to find out where my order. This looks very shonky! I will contact my bank and report as fraud requiring a chargeback if I dont receive the order or hear back from them soon. Not good enough. If they dont have the products in stock they shouldn't be selling them! Taking our money and making customers wait like this is unacceptable. I wont order from them again at this stage.
I ordered a swimsuit almost two weeks ago have not received any response although they claim to ship within 48 hours. They also claim to respond to emails within 48-72 hours have they have been unresponsive to all of my attempts to get in contact with them. I have now reached out four times and have yet to receive any information on shipping or what have occurred with my order. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will plan to contact the BBB, Internet Crime Complaint Center, and Attorney General because of their inability to respond or provide the products paid for.
After waiting for over a month (when it was"suggested" 7-15 days) and reaching out to the customer service team numerous times, I still do not have all of my items sent to me. It has been an extremely frustrating experience shopping with Sukiswim. Trying to get a hold of a representative is nearly impossible, and I've tried emailing and facebook-ing numerous times, and when I requested that my last item just be cancelled and refunded, they told me that my item is already on its way. But it has been over a week (more than 7 business days) and I still can't view tracking. I kind of feel like the representative was not being completely honest with me when my request couldn't be honoured.
Just hoping I receive my last item soon and be done with this company. Never again will I shop with them in the future.
The swimwear was extremely delayed. As I needed it for my vacation, I contacted Them several times and stessed that it was important to me that they delivered within the period agreed upon. It did not, and I went on my vacation without the swimwear. When I returned several weeks later, the swimwear had arrived. I contacted them to return the articles As they did not live up to the delivery terms and As I no longer need it, As I had to buy it from someone else. But they don’t respond now after several emails from me.
Took a bit longer to arrive since they just launched and seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the demand. Nevertheless, great value for money and good customer service.
