This company took my 65 pounds and did not deliver my coat.
First email reply was sent to wrong address, then second email was it's on the way.
They lie.. I have emailed saying I'm reporting them to trading standards. It's a serious offence they are committing . Taking mo ey from people with no delivery of any items.
I'm digging deep to get this sorted out

Poor website ordered safety shoes 3 weeks ago still not arrived took money and also can’t even track the package when I email I get no reply either this website needs to be shut down by authorities

Ordered 17 pairs of safety shoes over 2 orders , ordered in September still not arrived , money taken from my credit card in September , no responses to any emails , not tracking on the tracking numbers provided on despatch , do not order from them , sent several emails online and to info@ , no responses since mid-October but they keep emailing me promotions ??? Raising with my CC company as fraudulent transactions owed over £500

It’s been more than a month I haven’t got my purchase yet. Sent them few emails but no response . Order no 5667. They stole my money. Total scam . Ordered on 29/09/2024, delivery date 15 days max but no delivery yet

Do not buy from them, they are frauds. When the item is not as described and you want to return, the thieves want to keep your money and return 20%. Definitely do not shop with them unless your stupid and happy with above.

Customer service have no manners and will not respond when you ask for a full refund.

Dnt know why they have such a bad reviews but tobe honest only ordered safety shoes and they are really amazing and specially when you have to wear them for long hours although the delivery time is something they should work on as 15 days is hell of a long time

Ordered some steel toe cap shoes via tiktok.. took about 2 weeks to arrive, but looks great and very comfortable have to see how they wear..... But so far so good 👍👍👍

Hello,i put a order in for two pairs cargo pants and two pairs off trainers. they took a payment out on thursday 16 may the parcel came three and later by royal mail i look inside the parcel and i was not what i order so my post was waiting so i give him to send them back the next parcel came today i did not open them but refuse them and my post man to send them back. but in the meantime i already email this company but got no reply and ask to refund my money back onto my card when you get these goods back123, pounds this company is buying this stuff from china and rubbish so i will wait and see iff they return my money Robert

The item that arrived was so hideous it’s actually funny. I ordered a tailored beige suit. What arrived was a bright yellow shiny tracksuit with a black piece of string to hold the waistband up. I wouldn’t pass this monstrosity on to my worst enemy. Will probably never see a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After a late delivery. The items that arrived were nothing like what was pictured. Med blue not navy. Cropped trousers were full length. Blazer was flimsy cardigan at best. Very poor quality material- nothing like the material pictured.

Email after email have been sent excuse after excuse, even the incorrect address when the delivery address is on the post office site. this has gone on for months, I think we need to contact
