A seamless experience
I was looking for an agent that could book everything for me and James over delivered, with a complimentary upgrade, hotel credit and welcome treats and a card in the room. The care did not stop there; with special arrangements in the bar and restaurant, I could not have asked for more at my milestone birthday. I will be booking my next stay through James.
