I met Suitcase Travel at a wedding fair and we got in touch to discuss honeymoon options.
We had no idea where we wanted to go and our only real criteria was 'somewhere hot with things to do' (which is quite broad) but Penny was great at every step of the way, showing us a variety of options and finding us the perfect destination.

We just got back from another fabulous holiday booked by Suitcase Travel. We travelled to Portugal for a five night break. We had the best time and the hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Fabulous spacious rooms with sea view, three pools, beautiful beach and delicious food and wine.

We cannot recommend this family run business enough whether it’s a short break or long haul to far away destinations they will be able to meet your needs.

I was looking for a Norwegian cruise and wasn't sure which to pick. Suitcase Travel came up on my browser and I emailed Mike who promptly came back to me with his knowledge of Norway. After a few discussions we decided on the 12 day coastal express from Bergen to Kirkenes and back again. I wasn't sure what to expect as it isn't advertised as a luxury cruise with entertainment etc. However the food was amazing, the accommodation on board was better than I expected and the staff absolutely great. Other travellers were like minded and were there for the nature and scenery which Norway offers.
I usually book my own travel but Suitcase Travel organised all of this for us including transfers and assistance at the airports, as we were taking a wheelchair. The holiday didn't cost any more than if I'd organised it myself, but it was packaged together and I was then ATOL protected.
Mike, Lyn and Penny were all really helpful giving good advice and it was great to know that if we run into any problems we could have contacted them.
Would definitively recommend using this family company when booking any travel.

Very personal service and unlimited patience from this company. Not being a seasoned traveller and a creature of habit when booking previous cruise holidays, Suitcase Travel will now be my first port of call for all future holidays. Cannot fault them.

Suitcase Travel booked our honeymoon, which was a multi destination holiday. We were unsure where we wanted to visit exactly, however Penny gave us multiple options to choose from, and revised the options numerous times following our feedback. We also had a video call which made the experience feel very personal, where Penny gave us advice to help us make the best decision for us. When it came to booking it felt stress free and took all complications out of the booking process. Penny was our contact the whole time, which we also appreciated.
The whole process was easy from booking to departure.
We haven't used a travel agent before, however will defo look at using suitcase travel for our next adventure!

We booked our honeymoon to Egypt through Penny at Suitcase Travel and they were brilliant. All of our documents were sent in the post in good time. During the honeymoon there was an issue with the hotel and I emailed Penny for some advice and she emailed back promptly with some helpful suggestions on how to resolve the issue. The whole team have been great and Penny was so patient and understanding during the planning process as we changed our minds on the destination a few times! We were given high expectations based on their own experience, but even these were exceeded by us. The Northern Lights are shining on this very helpful family business, who understand their customers' needs, to provide a successful outcome.

Thank you very much for organising our trip with Hurtigruten. We had a wonderful 12 days from Bergen to Kirkenes back to Bergen. Fantastic food, views of the fjords and trips ashore - we even saw Northern Lights - with the help of a camera! Friendly crew and passengers and plenty to do - barely had any time to read a book. Lots of interesting talks and other activities between the gourmet meals. It was a very reasonably priced trip of a lifetime so may be able to manage another in the future!

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and was able to create a great bespoke tour with our specific requirements and within budget. Also impressed with the regular line of communication, so it felt like we were working with someone that really cared about arranging an experience we were really after. Would certainly use again - thanks Penny!

Suitcase travel gave a bespoke service from the start. We had a zoom call before we had even before we had made the final decision to book the trip and had all our questions answered. Specifics to the dates we were looking at ( over Christmas) Mike checked and got back to us immediately.
All arrangements worked extremely efficiently and we had an excellent holiday.
