I have had a great experience. They keep you on your toes and always excited for what's coming up next. And give you items you never knew you wanted but you end up needing them. Always looking out for the next big thing and always giving something new, fresh, cool and unheard of before. CEO is easy to talk to and will respond promptly to all your queries and questions. Great Company. My only regret is that I didn't know them sooner. I so want the items from the very 1st Dappa Box

I've bought several boxes from the beautiful SugarPlum fairies. The last one though was kind of a miss for me as the main item was a no-no for me.
That Yerba Mate made me physically ill and also put me on edge the first day I had it. I had followed the instructions provided by SugarPlumBox in preparing it. As there was no information on the package (ridiculous of the sellers/packagers) I turned to the Internet and found the product had caffeine which several medical practitioners have told me to avoid!
I contacted Sugar Plum and they IMMEDIATELY got the gentleman on the telephone to relay my concerns. He asked several questions and I provided the answers. In short, I returned the item and was gifted with a lovely Corkcicle Tumbler instead. Now that is an item that is being well used :)
The love is real for SugarPlumBox. I am thrilled that my opinion was valued and though no one else had reported similar side effects, my views were not discounted.

I've been a die hard sugar plum from their second box and I can't imagine not buying one. Every time there is a box offered it is followed by just enough excitement to keep you intrigued and when the box finally comes you'll end up wondering how on earth you've lived this long and not had these products in your life. I'm always impressed. Customer service is phenomenal! I'm never disappointed, I've recommended it more than once. I just love it and the team! #SugarplumForever #AlwaysExcited
