The service is incredible

The service is incredible, I received my order within 48 hours. This was a gift for
my son’s birthday and he loved it! Highly recommend and will now be purchasing on a regular basis!

Very pleased and great service

The order arrived very well packaged and very quick. The quality of the food is amazing and I always love getting my orders because the variety of food and drink they offer is amazing, I would highly recommend this company especially if you want something from your childhood which you can no longer get normally so I would definitely advise people to use this company.

Highly recommended

I've ordered mystery boxes through Sugarbox several times now, and they never disappoint. The variety and quality are great, they are always packed well and with care, and arrive quickly. I'd highly recommend.

Hi Abbie. Thank you for your review.

Firstly the candy you received was not out of date. American dates are month first then day, so if you discarded this it was unfortunately a waste of product, as it was actually in date with a good few months left.

With regards to the cereal - as per our email to you in May, we let you know that you were sent the wrong type of Reese's cereal in error - you were sent one in our sale section, rather than the mini version, which you ordered. We sent a further email asking what resolution you would prefer. We are yet to receive a response.
