Horrible doesnt work and I got subscribe to it without actually subscribing to it myself. I DONT NOT WANT TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO THIS ANYMORE. PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOU RECURRING CHARGE LIST

I ordered face wash from sugarbabycare. One of the face washes pump didn't work and they charged me for and sent me product I never ordered. I can't get anyone to email me back and it's on a subscription evidently. I can't seem to cancel it, there's always an error so I'm constantly being billed.im contacting the Better Business Bureau

THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CARD AND SENDING THEIR PRODUCT, I TALKED TO SOMEONE AND THEY SAID THEY WEREN'T GOING TO AND I AM STILL GETTING THEM $64.97. PLEASE STOP!!!

Horrible customer service and a scam! Ordered from Instagram and enrolled in a recurring charge for 3 months without my knowledge. Left emails with no response. Do not order from these people

Ordered on one time payment was charged 64 dollars an I didn’t subscribe they should have a class action lawsuit cause it’s misleading and stealing from customers I’ve messaged customer service an called as well no response poor customer service

After your purchase of their products they repeatedly try and take money off the card every month. I don’t recommend them to anyone..

I have called, emailed for over a month, and submitted a request through the website. I continue to be charged monthly for a subscription I never signed up for (only purchased a one time product initially), and the website wont process a cancellation.

This company is the most unprofessional. They cannot be trusted with you financial information. They entered a subscription on my card and refuse to cancel it after months of attempts to get it resolved. They never answered my complaint to BBB. Do not buy from them. I am going to continue to report their organization for predatory business practices.

Do not! I repeat, do not order from this "business". I ordered one product, the Tumeric Face Wash and they signed me up for a monthly subscription without my authorization. For the past 4 months they have been trying to debit $39 fom account. I have sent email after email and have received no response. I also tried to contact them using the chat bot and not one response. I stayed with chat bot over 10 minutes.

This company has put me in a subscription I did not ask for. I have written them several times. However, they are still taking money from my bank. I am so frustrated by this. I would not recommend you ordering from them because they are going to continue taking money and sending their product which is not all that.

Just checked my cash app statement and you guy's just tried taking 29.99 that's a shame on the company. Still tryna see if the sht work.

I haven't had a chance to use the skin care just yet. However I did order my on own and someone in my apartment decides to take it and not bring it back. I reached out to sugarbaby and they insured me they would resend my order. I even gave them a different address so I knew my order would come and they agreed. So I'm looking forward to receiving my order. I will definitely come back to review the product.

This company is a scam. I received emails with a tracking number and it’s on the way notifications. The product never came and now the tracking number does not exist. The company does not answer the telephone. I completed a one time purchase and now it say I have a reoccurring subscription when I never received anything.

Please don’t purchase anything from this scam of a company. They fraudulently charge your card after you request a STOP or PAUSE to the subscription. You must call your bank and stop all payments or request a new card number.

I purchased their product one time and they put me on subscription. I asked once for them to take me off. Nope. Another charge. I asked them again to take me off. Nope. Another charge. I had to call my bank and have them blocked. No one ever responded to my emails. Thieves!

Honest review. This product works well with consistency. My order was $156 one time. I saw several reviews saying they were tricked into a subscription. I haven't had that problem. I love their face wash and vitamin C serum.

I have sent so many cancellation requests, cancelled on their site, contacted them through socials they have not responded. An absolute SCAM and a disgraceful business!

I placed a order for my daughter's birthday. Paid in full. The following month I noticed my account was charged again. Thinking maybe I did something wrong I went in to cancel. There is no way to cancel. The system wont allow you to cancel. I've reached out to customer service over 10 times with no response. This month they attempted again but I blocked my card. This attempt was twice. Since they didnt receive payment after 2 attempts I thought they would leave it alone but I see they just pushed the payment out 2 days.

Never signed up for a subscription, tried emailing , chatting & calling can’t get a response. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Now Will have to cancel card . 3rd order getting ready to be shipped after leaving 5 phone messages & 5 emails advising them to cancel subscription.

The communication with this company sucks!!! I made a one time purchase, for the past 2 months they have been billing me without my consent. I’ve emailed twice for a refund, I’ve gotten no response. I can’t even give you a review on the product because I’m still on the first order… I don’t even use it. I didn’t even want to give 1 star. Don’t waist your time or money!!! Nothing but a headache.
