Delivery time was not kept as promised…

Delivery time was not kept as promised - already over a week delay and I still did not get the product. In the meantime i don't need it anymore as the event I ordered it for has already passed. Also, they sell themselves as Swiss company but when you want to send the product back, you need to send it to Asia and pay the shipment costs yourself which are probably more expensive than the costs of the product.
