Fantastic Company
From start to finish Sueno could not have been more accommodating. We kept having to push our delivery date back and it was never a problem.
Every person I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. We ordered a king size bed and we are really pleased with it. This is our second bed from Sueno and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The two delivery chaps were polite and very careful when installing the bed. The service from start to finished was fabulous.

Ordering was very easy.
The headboard was made quickly and delivered within a couple of weeks.
The delivery drivers were respectful, efficient and friendly.

Absolutely first rate company
Absolutely first rate company - amazing bed, amazing customer service and fabulous delivery. We ordered the Twix Premier Ottoman in a wool fabric, with a headboard. There was a telephone call directly after ordering to confirm the order was correct. It was all ready within 4 weeks and we actually had to postpone delivery due to delays our side due to ongoing building work. This was no issue and delivery was easily rearranged. Delivery was on time and we were well informed through the entire process. The delivery team were fabulous - super quick, extremely careful around other furniture, and even with details like washing their hands after removing packaging and before putting the bed together to avoid marking the fabric. They ensured we were happy with everything before leaving, and I quickly received a clear and detailed invoice. Best of all - the bed is absolutely beautiful, incredibly well made and we absolutely love it. Would highly recommend Sueno.
