We had a leaking gutter and after ringing Sudell they came out and told us several brackets had broken on our very old guttering. They came the next day and fitted the new brackets, guttering and cleaned out all the gutters. The next day we had huge amounts of rain and after the fix not a leak in sight.

We contacted Sudell after another company wanted to remove the roof of our house but which in reality was just a simple fix. Sudell gave us good advice for the future care of our guttering and we are so glad we had them fix things. Great team and we will be using them in the future.

Had my gutters cleaned and readjusted by Sudell, Harley in Long Eaton. The whole process was smooth — excellent communication and very professional service. Everything seems to be working ok now. The price was a bit on the high side, but I’m happy with the quality of the work and would use them again.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They show zero professionalism, fail to communicate properly, and clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money. After weeks of promises and excuses, they ultimately failed to deliver anything close to what was expected. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

I called multiple times to make an appointment but no one answers the phone.

I filled out their online form to request a call back twice, but never received a call back.

I contacted Sudell for a quote, Iain arrived exactly when he said he would and assessed the situation. He summarised what was needed clearly and I gave him the go ahead to carry out the work, which he did quickly and efficiently there and then. A very good job all round, I will definitely use Iain and Sudell again in the future.

Phoned yesterday they came today gave a price job done brilliant service definitely recommend them

I contacted Sudell because I had an issue with my gutters leaking that I thought just needed cleaning

Chris arrived and quickly identified that the joints had broken on the gutters and gave me a quote to replace the joints and clean all the gutters out

I was happy to proceed with the quote and amazingly he did the work straight away, no waiting weeks for another appointment.

A few weeks later I noticed the end of the guttering was hanging off, so I contacted Sudell again and Chris came back out. He quickly diagnosed that a bracket had come loose, re-attached it in minutes and didn't charge me.

I can't recommend this company enough, the service is top notch and Chris is highly professional.

I will be using them in the future for any cleaning or repair needs I have.

Harley came to repair our guttering after firework made a hole quoted and replaced full length of guttering excellent service

Sudell Services arranged for Matthew to visit my house this morning.
There were a few problems. which I explained and Matthew understood completely.

He repaired and rectified the problems of leaking gutter and union joint, and replaced and fitted a new downpipe which should remedy another problem.

Arrived on time, was friendly and efficient, would be delighted to recommend Sudell.

The young man was polite and helpful. He quickly assessed our problem , cleaned all the gutters and added extra brackets to better support the guttering. A job well done, thank you.

Had my guttering repaired and painted last year, it took half a morning and cost £650. Just over a year later the gutter is leaking and dripping onto my stone window sill. I have tried to contact Gary and left numerous messages, but I have been ignored.

Comprehensive inspection and quote ,arrived as arranged and did a thorough job with a post completion check to confirm all clear and flowing . Two hours on site for 2 people with all the necessary kit for £250 was good value

The 2 men that called to clean my gutters where prompt and very polite I couldn’t have asked for them to have done a better job I was offered a before and after picture of the work carried out giving me great satisfaction of the professional job not to mention value for money both are a credit to your company

It was easy to get a quote for a blocked gutter and the amount quoted was very reasonable. They turned up when they said they would and carried out the work. Very happy with the outcome.
