this is a nightmare for applicants

this is a nightmare for applicants

A lot of big companies seem to have implemented SAP, maybe because its a big name. i wonder if they actually tried to apply for a job with this.
its a horrible system.
it does not lift information from CV as well as other systems. its is extremely un-intuitive and the worst part is that for all companies the log in page is
career2.successfactors.eu
so if you have a password manager, irrespective of whether you apply for a job with HSBC or another company, this is the log in url and your password manager logs in the password it created for company B when you're applying for a job with company C because there is no differentiator to say this is the job portal for company C. the developers really forgot their brain cell on this one. so i have to continuously create new logins or passwords each time i apply to a new job. what a horrible horrible system. and i know there will be someone who says i love this system, its the best in the world.

Worst software

Worst software. Looks for very strong keywords or don't know its functioning but its the worst ATS. Rejects the majority of good matching profile applications as well. Companies should choose something better than what their competitors are offering, a good service.

Professional liars and scammers don't…

Professional liars and scammers don't work for them; I received an interview invitation with no address on where the interview was supposed to take place !! I emailed them requesting the details no one came back! on the day of the interview, just an hour before, someone called Javid Khan asking me if I wanted to come earlier ( I am not surprised the candidate didn't come with an address) when I told him that, he went on trying to make excuses bluffing that it is not his fault ( funny thing interview with no address lol), so one day after the interview ( which I did not attend as no address) a European lady emailed me apologizing for not providing the address and giving the address after one day after the interview
As I had a laugh on such performance Javid Khan didn't stop with funny attitude ( once stating that your application does not meet the minimum requirements for this position after was invited and didnt attend , then stating that after the interview I was unsuccessul , when I didnt even attend any interview
The person Javid is fishy and a scammer avoid avoid avoid

One of the poorest HR systems I have…

One of the poorest HR systems I have ever experienced. It is clunky, doesn't work half the time, and the logic behind it is fundamentally flawed. In my former role we use to use Salesforce and that worked beautifully and had great UI.
