Worst deal I've ever made. First battery has knocked out my laptop. The second battery I got as replacement didn't work at all. Sent both batteries back. I got promised from salespeople to get compensation for my return costs. I never got the compensation! My return costs cost more than the battery itself. Woefully!

The worst company I’ve come in contact with in years. And the products are a joke.
It starter by me trying to buy a battery for my Bluetooth speaker.
The first battery they sent didn’t work at all. So I contacted Subtel that it didn’t work. Got instructions that I had to send the battery back to receive payment back. And send the packed with economy shipping (5euro). When I sent the battery back I reached out to Subtel and told them I wanted the full payment back plus shipping (5euro) and didn’t want any replacement product. Subtel then told me that they “already” sent a new battery so I couldn’t get a refund.
I received the second battery and to my surprise it didn’t work either. So I emailed them back again and say that the battery wasn’t working either and I haven’t had a refund of the first shipping. Subtel answered that I hade to send back the second battery and that they “haven’t received” the first battery yet and couldn’t pay me. So my choice was to send the battery back another time with economy shipping and yet loose a shipping and the money for the battery I first paid for. So I send it with a tracking number for circa 15euro to really know it was going to make its way to Subtel. It did! Yes!
So I got the cost back for the battery but not for the shipping yet (15euro + 5euro).
This is a scam company and I won’t be doing any business with them what som ever in the future.

Update 1: Subtel have responded that they are sedning new articles.

Update 2: TNT responded with rather bad attitude that they have been allowed by us to leave the package at a neighbour company and that we should handle our routines better... Well, I got news for you. Our neighbours had a work thing in Viena and where not on sight untill the day after TNT suposedly delivered the goods...

Products not recieved, the company they used have left it with someone else. I have had to contact both Subtel and the shipping company. Nobody seams to care as I am not recieving any feedback regarding if I will recieve the products. Not vital for our work to continue but we need those battieries for our work and it seams like we have to order them from someone else or something... Just dont go with those low cost companies. Not doing your self any favours.

Good to be able to buy products which are not mainstream and still affordable
